Good hotel and value for money

Pros: More variety for breakfast would be good. I liked that the staff was friendly and helpful

Cons: When i was checking out the front desk clerk appeared to send a staff member to check the room. My Spanish is very limited so I based this on what I saw, could have been wrong so it left a funny feeling.

Very nice room but street noise

Pros: Room was large, very nice and modern, recently renovated. Bathroom was very large and nice

Cons: Street noise. Lots of honking. And even though the windows are new, they have only single glass, and I heard every horn on the street. Ok late at night, but I used ear plugs in the mornings. I was charged an smount in soles that was more than the dollar amount quoted on my reservation. Upon complaining, they reimbursed the amount and charged me the right dollar amount. The difference was 10 USD.

Un hotel ideal para viaje de trabajo

Pros: La amabilidad del personal no tiene comparación. Siempre te ayudan con una sonrisa. En el restaurante se come bien y la habitación es limpia Y comida.

Cons: Andan en proceso de remodelación y genera alguna molestia. El gimnasio puede mejorar y definitivamente hace falta el ascensor que están instalando.

Excelente opción en Lima

Pros: La atención del personal tanto de mostrador como en el desayuno es muy buena. Muy educados buena predisposición. Las habitaciones son muy cómodas, el baño lo mismo, altamente recomendable.

Cons: Me tocó durante mi estancia que estaban en obras, y los ruidos empezaban temprano.
