Pros: I liked that the place has a soul! Also the service from everyone working was excellent. Very helpfull staff. Hot water to shower and take bath. Close to my favorite cafes and restaurants in the area.

Unique hotel in fantastic location, walking distance to everything

Pros: Beautiful colonial mansion, very unique hotel, friendly staff always willing to help. Fantastic location with bars, restaurants and beach all in walking distance. Make sure to see the sunset on the beach!

Cons: Rooms are quite small as it is an old mansion. Probably not for someone who wants to spend their vacation in their hotel room. Perfect if you want somewhere central and like exploring

Pros: Amazing quirky property in the best bit of Barranco - fast internet and international TV. Was given a free upgrade to the best room so can’t Complain: owners were lovely

Exvellent accommodation with character

Pros: Great accommodation, friendly staff and interesting decorations but probably not for everyone. We find it a unique accommodation which feels like travelling back in time to 1930s. Staff were attentive and let us store our luggage for 2 days before we checked in.

Cons: A bit old, need a bit of general tidy up.some decorations a cluttered.

What I wish my home was

Pros: The hotel is extremely well located, and just as charming. The owner is an antique collector and the property almost feels like staying in a museum. Loved it! Breakfast was simple and always tasty with coffee, fresh made juice, crusty bread & jam, and eggs. Staff very helpful with recommendations and good advice for the neighbourhood.

Cons: The only criticism is the soundproofing was not very good, so I could hear people in other rooms. One of the staff would yell \
