Excellent value for the comfort, service, and beautiful views

Pros: Great location near the town market, comfortable oversized beds, very attentive staff, and a beautiful river view with relaxing water sounds. Excellent value, absolutely worth it.

Amazing stay thanks to the friendly staff who helped with everything and the stunning river view!

Pros: The staff here were absolutely amazing, incredibly friendly and went out of their way to help with everything I needed, from arranging transport to bringing extra towels and even toilet paper without any fuss. Nothing was too much trouble! On top of that, the view of the river from the room was breathtaking. Highly recommend this place!

Un hotel bien ubicado, vistas hermosas, pero el personal se lleva el premio por su amabilidad!

Pros: Personal muy amable, nos brindaron información y folletos informativos del lugar, estuvieron atentos a nuestros requerimientos, lugar muy amplio con distintas opciones para familias.

Cons: El sistema de booking no pudo aceptar mi solicitud respecto a las vistas, esto fue lejos de responsabilidad del hotel dado que la reserva fue el mismo día. El sistema debería alinear la información proporcionada por el hotel para evitar inconvenientes, sin embargo, la opción que nos brindo el hotel fue con otras vistas y nos brindo opción de revisar la habitación previó a tomarla.
