Lovely host family who made us feel very welcome

Pros: The host and staff we so friendly And helpful to an old Aussie couple - it was always clean And a short walk to the town square - at no point did we ever feel unsafe

Cons: We don’t like that there was no tea making faculty in the room And the pillows were not that comfortable

Super comfortable place and very friendly service

Pros: Excellent service, friendly staff, very comfortable bed, hot shower with good pressure, good location, good breakfast, great place to work on the 4th floor and a desk in the room as well. Slept very well and enjoyed my stay here. The owner is so lovely :)

Cons: The WiFi dropped out a little bit sometimes, but it wasn’t anything I couldn’t manage with my mobile network

Very pleasant

Pros: Lovely breakfast each morning, comfortable beds and a good location. Easily walkable to markets, restaurants, plazas and museums. Staff were friendly and attentive.

Exactly what we expected

Pros: The staff was amazing 👌🏼 so welcoming and nice. The facilities were very clean.

Cons: To be fair it was exactly what they have promised and we didn’t expect more!

Pros: I enjoyed my stay here. The staff were very friendly which made such a difference to me as I was suffering badly from altitude sickness. It certainly seems very safe.

Cons: My bedroom was warm enough but they kept all the doors open in the public area including the door to the outside and it was very cold.

Homey Hostel

Pros: This place was an absolute steal! Hostel price range for a private room with an attached bathroom. Basic, clean and comfortable. Kind and attentive staff complement. Simple breakfast and oh that fresh juice in the morning! An easy km walk from the square and 500m from San Pedro Market, close to several eateries, grocery stores and historic centre attractions.!

Cons: I happened to stay during a time when there was some noisy construction going on at the hostel. Water temperature for shower was not ideal.

Easy place to stay, good value for money

Pros: Good location, clean, friendly staff, offer bag storage.

Cons: Wifi wasn’t good, not able to use kitchen (so not really a hostel), and loud at times as the property is next to a train track. Shower wasn’t always hot.
