Convienient spot to stay for early trip to Machu Pichu

Pros: Great location Directly beside buses for Machu Pichu Delightful host Comfy room and bed

Cons: I forgot to close the glass sliding doors so could hear the loud rushing stream outside most of the night. My fault

Good location

Pros: Located just in front of the shuttle bus to machu picchu, breakfast is made available for our time convenience. Staffs are very friendly.

Great location.friendly owner clean and basic

Pros: Right next to the queue for the bus to macchu pichu and a few minutes walk from the train station. View pretty good. Nice touch left hot water flask so we could have tea

Cons: Breakfast finished at 8am! Open bin for toilet paper would have prefered a lid on it!

Great stay at Agua Calientes!!

Pros: The location is fantastic and that alone would make this a highly recommended property as it’s a five minute walk from the train station and two minutes walk to the bus queue up to Machu Pichu. The property was clean and the hosts were great. It’s a family run hotel who also own the shop on the ground floor and they were very friendly and helpful.

Cons: The shower controls were a bit confusing and the toilet was a bit shaky.

Fabulous place!!

Pros: A beautiful, modern room with excellent bathroom. Great view and the MP bus line is right outside.

Great spot in Aguas Calientes

Pros: Great room, with an amazing large window and breakfast table with a view towards the town and mountain. Super central location close to all the shops, the train station and the bus stop to Machu Picchu. Lovely staff. Offered a lunch box breakfast since we left for MP before breakfast started. Looked after our bags after checkout.

Beautiful room as pictured

Pros: Our room has river, market and mountain views. Love how we could open the sliding doors to look out, hear the river and get fresh air. Near the train station and lots of restaurants around. Location is just above where you queue for the bus to Machu Picchu and the bus ticket office.

Pros: Super location (you join the queue to Machu Picchu bus directly from the door of the house), very friendly staff.

Pros: Central to everything close to the train station and bus terminal to book tickets, food stalls all around

Cons: Not that it was an issue for us but for elderly people for example there was no lift access only stairs which might be something to consider

Pros: Well situated with views of a raging river. Comfortable. The couple who ran it were friendly and helpful.

Cons: Bathroom was small. And dining area was on the fifth floor. Our room was on the first floor and there was no lift.
