Pleasant stay with amenities nearby, would highly recommend!

Pros: Super clean and centrally located with lots of restaurant and shop options around, rooms were comfortable!

Cons: Lots of stairs, would be wise to ask for a room on a lower floor if you have a heavy bag.

A great place to locate your Machu Picchu adventure if you get a room with a view.

Pros: Excellent location. We had a room with an amazing view. Staff were quick to carry our suitcases up two flights of stairs. Daily room service.

Cons: Most had only interior windows. Hot breakfast (eggs & chorizo) was cold every morning (bain Marie was never lit).

Pros: Great location, right above the bus stop for Machu Picchu. The reception staff are amazing and couldn't do enough for you. The breakfast staff are not very nice at all. Comfy bed, clean enough.

Pros: Localization, comfortable beds, view from the restaurant.

Pros: I liked the room that faced the river, I highly recommend to ask for it otherwise you will face an internal corridor.

Great place in Aguas Calientes

Pros: The position is perfect, right above the bus stop for Machu Picchu. The buffet breakfast on the rooftop was great. The room was spacious and clean, and the bathroom was also very nice. The river is right outside and we quite liked the sound of water flowing at night.

Cons: Nothing to say, we only stayed for one night.

Nice and convenient location in Aguas Caliente

Pros: Good breakfast and located close to where the buses for Machu Picchu leave

Cons: Balcony’s door has draughts

Pros: I had a problem with my room and they really went out of their way to make sure I was happy and comfortable

Comfortable stay in the heart of Machu Picchu Town!

Pros: Very nice, spacious and bright rooms overlook the main street, but still we did not experience any noise during the night. So the location is perfect, with the bus station just downstairs and the train station and local artesanal market just across the river! Apart from that, we especially enjoyed the breakfast offering a variety of foods to choose from! Staff did not speak well English, but we managed to get along and even extended our stay for another night.

Cons: The first day the water in the shower was cold, but the next day it worked fine. I would advise you to let it run for five minutes or so before going in.

Pros: Very good location. The bus station is right below the hotel. We have the room with the view of the bridge. Quite nice to have the sound of river flowing.

Cons: Facilities are quite basic. But for us, it is only 1 night stay so it is okay. It could be a bit loud from the street
