Perfect base for a trip to Machu Picchu

Pros: Great location literally next to the station. Ideal as a base for your trip to Machu Picchu using Aguas Calientes as a stop over point.

Cons: Was all good only slight niggle was the internet signal was not great but to be honest was not on line much so not an issue

Pros: The service was above and beyond and they were extremely accommodating with our travels.

Comfortable room at a good price and very friendly staff

Pros: We only stayed for one night. The beds were very comfortable to get a good sleep before leaving early to Machu Picchu. As we were leaving early, we asked to get a breakfast pack prepared. Leaving to Machu Picchu we also left our luggage at reception and picked it up after our return. All the staff was very friendly! Like almost all places in Aguas Calientes, everything is close and you can easily walk the whole town, incl. train and bus station.

Cons: Just a small drawback that we got a room on the 4th floor and there was no elevator.

Pros: The hotel is locating right next to the train station, so very convenient. The breakfast was good and overall good value for the money. The staff is very friendly and they kept my luggage until the evening

Cons: If you are a sensitive sleeper, have earbuds, because I could easily hear sounds from outside

Nice hotel for a short stay for its price

Pros: The hotel is located very close to the bus station for Machu Picchu and to the train station. The area is also very lovely because there are mountains around. The breakfast was nice and they staff could also keep our lugguge for a while after checking out.

Cons: We booked a room expecting a nice panoramic window as it was pictured on the photo but instead there was a room with a window to a wall of the next building :( There was no hot water in the sink.

Pros: Very accurate to the pictures, a lovely option and so cheap! We booked last minute as we couldnt bare to stay the other place we booked and we were so grateful. The beds are super comfy. The shower is nice and hot and its very clean. They have luggage storage for whilst your out visiting macchu picchu. I shouldve done this review earlier to credit the lovely woman on reception who checked us in but unfortunately ive forgotten her name. But she was truly one of the loveliest people on our trip!

Pros: Very friendly staff, they even arranged little bags for our breakfast and kept our luggage all day. Hot shower and confortable beds. Spacious quadruple room. Located 2min from train station and bus stop to Machu Picchu.

Cons: Not really hotel fault but street is very loud.

Pros: The rooms were very clean and cozy. They waited for us at the train station. The location is just perfect and even though it's right in front of the train station all the noise was isolated. They allowed us to keep our luggage at the reception after check out.

Pros: Great location and very friendly staff (our train was very delayed and they stayed up waiting for us). Gave very detailed maps of where and when we needed to be for Machu Picchu

Cons: Shower drain clogged very easily, wifi was great, but stopped working once or twice for ~20 mins.

Pros: We were on 3rd floor with a nice view of the mountains. It was quiet. Great breakfast. Staff let us store our bags. The shower was really nice.
