Peaceful and welcoming!

Pros: There’s not much to not like! It’s a few steps outside of town which means is quiet and peaceful. Pablo, our host, was delightful and very welcoming and accommodating. His spaghetti bolognaise was delicious, and his hospitality was amazing - we felt so welcomed and at home. The room was amazing - the bed was comfortable, the view was quite extraordinary and the front seating area was very relaxing. The water was hot and consistent and the wifi was very fast and stable.

Cons: I couldn’t fault the property at all - a perfect spot for before and/or after a Choquequirao trek!

Pros: Very nice people! Great stay to start your Choquequirao trek.

Pros: Joel hatte jeder Menge guter Tipps und immer ein offenes Ohr für seinen einzigen Gast. die Lage und Aussicht auf den Salkantay ist spektakulär und nicht zu toppen.

Es passte in meiner Situation mit Grippe perfekt!

Pros: Die Lage und die Ruhe. Ich war der einzige Gast, was für mich passte, da mich gerade die Grippe heimsuchte. Der Host stellte sich als Einheimischer mit Kräuterheilkenntnis heraus, was passend war. Konnte mich in einigen Tagen erholen.

Cons: Ein bisschen die Versorgungslage mit Essen im Hostal, wohl auf Grund der Nebensaison.

Pros: Très bon accueil. La personne qui nous a accueilli était à l’écoute et très gentille. Malgré notre arrivée à 19h, il nous a préparé un très bon repas. La chambre était confortable et bien équipée.

Pros: Nous avons passé un très bon séjour, dans ce lieu idyllique, les chambres sont spacieuses et très propres! Les plats sont également très bon. L’hôte est très gentil et accueillant, nous reviendrons! Thu-maï et Lucas

Pros: Pablo nos recebeu muito bem!!! Atencioso demais, chegamos tarde e ele foi super educado e gentil. No outro dia acordamos mal Por causa da atitude e ele nos ajudou com medicina natural

Million dollar view of Salkantay peak

Pros: Amazing location looking out at the impressive Salkantay peak. Million dollar view from your room. Very quiet and welcoming. Wonderful breakfast and very hospitable hosts. Amazing night sky, you can see so many stars.

Cozy and beautiful stay in Cachora

Pros: The family who owns the hotel is very sweet and accommodating. The hotel itself is a little removed from the city which made it very quiet and it had the most amazing view of the mountains. The owners were helpful in almost everything: how to get there, getting to Capuliyoc for the Choquequirao trek, and getting back to Cusco. They also have a super cute dog. The breakfast and dinner they made was good, too.

Cons: When we woke up there were two massive spiders on our ceiling—we think it’s because there’s a big gap between the door and its frame. And because no one else was staying there while we were, I am not sure how loud it would be between rooms.
