Gorgeous hotel with great facilities.

Pros: Gorgeous hotel on the beachfront. The food was lovely (apart from the eggs at breakfast). Great pools and facilities.

Cons: Overnight, we heard a lot of noise from the service area below so sleep was disturbed.

Pros: The staff members were really friendly and helpful all times.

Cons: The breakfast needs to be extended.

It was an awesome, yet very zen stay

Pros: It was a blessing that the restaurant had no problem with the allergies of my wife. This really made our stay special.

Cons: The location of the tennis court is between the pool and the beach, effectively blocking the view.

Fantastic experience, great service

Pros: Warm and attentive service, facilities such as salt water pool. The outdoor and indoor area was well maintained.

Cons: Some amenities were missing in the room such as water and towels, but we called housekeeping and they quickly brought them. Although the hotel was clean overall, the saltwater pool needed cleaning.

Pros: Wonderful resort. Clean and luxurious rooms with beautiful view of ocean. Helpful staff. Close to all activities.

Cons: It was so dead! No-one about! They charged 10% service tax on any food beverage bill if you eat in the hotel and then when you check out you must watch out for them asking for an additional 8%. A bit over kill in service tips since we didn’t think too much to the restaurant crew. Menu was ok

Pros: Beautiful place, incredible location. Wish we could've stayed longer as one day wasn't a lot of time to enjoy the property and also the surroundings, but would highly recommend it!

Beautiful property but...

Pros: The room was great and the bed very comfortable. The view from the bedroom was excellent. The whole resort was very well maintained. The bar staff were amazing as were the reception team.

Cons: Breakfast could be better as well as the restaurant food. The quality of the food was not what we expected from this hotel chain which we used previously. Staff at restaurant were very laid back and not as attentive. Walking near the beach was a bad idea due to the pollution and nauseating odor.

I'd Come Back!

Pros: The property was nice with good food on site, nice pools and rooms that open to the pool, everyone was also very friendly. The resort is peaceful. It's great that there's a spa on site.

Cons: Upon check in (at 1am), the desk clerk required a lot of paperwork that could have been handled the next morning. I had just driven 4 hours from Lima and was staying for 3 nights. A little more consideration would've gone a long way. Also, I booked a spa massage and the masseuse brought in her phone and was texting while conducting her service. A rule of \
