Pros: It’s a basic room but good value for money. It’s in a good location and the staff were helpful.

Pros: Small room, but very quiet and cosy. I would definitely recommend!! Great location opposite of my 2 favorite cafes 🤗

Pros: We stayed for a week, staff was kind especially the guy that always had the 2nd shift was super nice! Hot shower available!

My short stay was pleasant with caring and professional customer service and excellent property.

Pros: The bed is so big and comfortable. The shower section is beautiful. The TV works and is placed at a beautiful angle. The lamp is also beautiful.

Pros: Since I left before breakfast hours, I got a takeaway breakfast too. It was so nice that I could storage my luggage there when for two days when I went to Machu Picchu and they accepted credit card payments without an extra service charge.

Comfy bed with ensuite at an affordable price

Pros: I arrived unwell after a trek and the staff we great in being flexible with my check in time. Not feeling well and having a comfy bed with ensuite at an affordable price was exactly what I needed. Located in the centre of town it is not the quietest area but nothing a pair of ear plugs can't fix. Also had help arranging a taxi to get to the airport in time for my flight when checking out.

Cozy and warm place to stay near the center of Cuzco - great value!

Pros: Very warm and comfortable place to stay. I loved the carpeted floor (keeps you warm at night/in the morning), cozy and warm bed, hot showers, and warm/inviting lounge area. The hotel was also one of the warmest places I stayed in Cuzco. Location was very convenient - close to the Plaza de Armas and surrounded by museums, restaurants, and cafes.

Cons: I liked almost everything about the hotel. I didn't realize that I needed to let the front desk know if I wanted the garbage taken out. Also, the listing does say something about a kitchen, but that is off-limits to guest use (I was thankfully able to use the refrigerator).

good for solo travels

Pros: very helpful and friendly staff and breakfast was amazing. After a little research I decided to book all my tours with the tour office they have and I can easily say it was very down to earth prizing and safe and good planned tours- which is a great plus for someone who is traveling alone- especially if u r a woman since most of the tours has a pick up that is scheduled at 4 am. Literally at the center of the historical center.

Cons: I went there I July and the nights were freaking cold for me - I am a mediterranean. If u want u can get a heater for ur room but u have to pay for it at a nightly basis- 10 solis is not much but still having to pay for heating makes u feel weird. And the walls are thin so you can practically here everything that is going on in the next room.
