Pros: This was a lovely, clean family run establishment. They arranged transfers from the Cuzco airport and gave us suggestions on what to see and do. It was a bit chilly when we visited but they gave us a mini heater for the room which worked well and the water in the shower was plentiful and hot. Breakfast was good.

Cons: We went away for one night in between our stay there and they didn’t clean our room… there were muddy foot prints and damp towels from our first night still.

Worth the money, kind staff and free ride to trian station.

Pros: Good location. A few minutes walk to center plaza and close to some local shops for food and groceries. Staff at the reception were very kind and responsive to us. They prepared us a rich take-away breakefast box and drove us to the train station on time without charging extra money. It was very considerate and supportive.

Cons: It would be better if the shower water could be warmer.

A gem in Ollantaytambo

Pros: The group of Mario and Jonathan are super nice, helpful and accommodating. The location is convenient, breakfast buffet was sumptuous and the staff are nice and efficient.

Cons: The beds and pillows can improve as they are on the soft side.

Pros: Nice place to relax pre and post Inca Trail. Friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast, left luggage for 3 nights. Nothing was too much hassle. Would recommend and definitely stay again.

Great stay in the Inka village of Ollantaytambo

Pros: Very friendly staff and a new building in a quiet street of Ollantaytambo only few minutes from the main square. With a nice calm garden. Excellent breakfast with a buffet with a good amount of choices, also for vegan and vegetarian people. They were very supportive and gave us a discount for the night we could not stay because of a flight delay. They also helped us with a heater and hair dryer as well as tips around our stay and storing our luggage. And the all-day available tea at the reception was also appreciated. Thanks for the great stay!

Cons: It is located in a non-paved side street. So you have to walk few meters to get there since cars cannot go there directly, although pretty sure the staff would help with luggage (+ they offer free pickup from the train station). Additionally a proper curtain for the shower would be a great addition to better keep the water inside. Otherwise all great!
