Great venue Poor service.

Pros: Nice modern facilities, good breakfast, good location.

Cons: Staff need training. Totally inadequate provision for English speaking visitors. When there was a problem with the smoke detectors and then the air-conditioner the engineers were very unhelpful.

Pros: Great location. Nice and pleasant aroma in the air. Friendly staff. Excellent breakfast. Very cozy outdoor swimmingpool. We booked King suite. It was spacious and great for family of 4. We booked our second stay right after our first stay. Because we enjoyed the hotel.

Pros: The hotel’s location was fantastic, and the car service provided was extremely convenient. The drivers were professional, friendly, and excellent.

Cons: While the hotel itself was lovely, the check-in experience was a little disappointing. The receptionist appeared impatient while I was checking in, particularly as I was having difficulty with my credit card PIN after a 22-hour flight. It was a small moment, but it did put a bit of a damper on the start of our stay.

Pros: Great location for beautiful Miraflores. Friendly staff. Super breakfast and nice room.

Cons: Pool could be better maintained and payment for coffees etc should not be requested there but simply put on the bill.

Shirt stay Miraflores

Pros: Great location in Miraflores not far from Kennedy Park. Staff were very welcoming upon check-in; the fresh chocolate chip cookies was a nice touch! Staff helped with luggage storage on the last day to accommodate our later flight as we explored Lima Room was located on the 8th floor, was spacious for two people and had the necessary amenities. Bathroom was spotless and well stocked with soaps etc. The swimming pool on the top floor was nice, although a little cold in the evening when the windows were open (hard to close manually).
