Amazing Boutique Hotel

Pros: Great value! Comfortable beds with super pillows. The shower had super pressure and it was hot. Wifi was excellent. Better than expected. The hotel is close to everything.

Reasonable prices, comfortable stay, accessible to all major tourist attractions

Pros: Very accessible to all major attractions Continental breakfast. You get too welcome drinks at their rooftop bar which was nice. The beds were comfy and the room was spacious. The staff was very accommodating and helpful, they assisted us with every request. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Cons: We did have some issues with the safety deposit box where where it kept locking us out. It could have been user error but the front desk staff was very helpful with coming back to open it up for us.

Worth the amount paid, but with small breakfast

Pros: The hotel is very clean. Everything works well. The rooms are very well kept and organized. The towels are new and the bed linens too.

Cons: The only suggestion that I would make is to make the breakfast area bigger and better. I think it is far to small for such a hotel.

Pros: The hotel is located near Kennedy Park, in a very convenient area with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The walk to the cliffs takes about 15–20 minutes. The rooms look exactly like in the photos and were clean and well maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful, and they allowed us to leave our luggage before check-in, which was very convenient. WIFI OK. Breakfast was good, with hot dishes as well as cold cuts, fruit, and vegetables. A nice extra touch was the welcome drink, which could be enjoyed on the hotel’s terrace. Overall, a very good choice for a stay in Lima. I would definitely recommend it.

Great

Pros: Super clean. Incredibly comfortable bed and quality bedding and towels.

Cons: No water the first night we arrived. Totally understand it wasn’t the hotel’s fault, although it would’ve been good if we didn’t have to ask for updates and a bottle of water to at least wash our hands and brush our teeth. It would’ve been nice for the hotel to show more initiative at offering any sort of solution or apology. Breakfast bar is way too small for such a big hotel. You have to queue at all times if you want to grab anything.
