Good hotel, but they can do better

Pros: - location - spacious - breakfast - amenities - super kind and helpfull staff - nice, comfy bed - nice hot shower - bidet - nice a la carte restaurant with quality food

Cons: - it could have been a bit cleaner. A little smushy impression with a lot of stains on the floor. - aircon says change filter, so probably not the best air quality - noisy due to thin windows - safe broke down twice. Mechanic had to come - no complimentary water upon arrival

Pros: Very close to Copacabana beach. Good facilities and friendly and helpful staff

Pros: First of all the room very big,it is like an apartment The kingbed has 2 m and is very comfortable In the bathroom you have jacuzzi and is nice,a bit old but is ok

Cons: I didn't like te AC it makes too much noise and are old I didn't like that we arrive at 11 am they had room available but they charge us of early checkin,not all the rooms but they still charge The light it is not very powerful it is low

Pros: Very well located, in the heart of Lima’s most touristic district. I booked a Senior King Suite, which was very spacious, just as expected. The facilities are somewhat dated (for example, the jacuzzi and the TV), but they are fully functional. The food from the hotel restaurant — I ordered room service — generally had good flavor and generous portions. I received a discount thanks to my Genius points, and overall the value for money was very good.

Cons: Considering that I booked a Senior King Suite, I would have appreciated the inclusion of some additional amenities, such as tea, coffee, or other infusion sachets, along with sugar. The room has a kettle, but there was nothing provided to prepare a hot beverage. Regarding the hotel restaurant, I ordered room service more than once and generally enjoyed it; however, the chicken soup was described as including papa amarilla — one of Peru’s best potatoes — which was unfortunately not the case. It contained only very small pieces of white potato. That said, the overall flavor was still good.

Classical hotel close to everything

Pros: Room was huge. Jacuzzi was warm and nice. Yummy breakfast 😋

Cons: Room was noisy and I guess it was people celebrating Hallowen

Great place to stay in Miraflores

Pros: Very big room with kitchen, hall, drawer facilities inside room In the Heart of Miraflores, near from everything Great price Bathtub with jacuzzi Hotel with restaurant

Cons: Breakfast was very ordinary and limited options, expected a lot more

Nice hotel with small things to improve.

Pros: The lady in reception when we arrived early in the morning was very kind. The keeperhouse offered us coffee when we left the hotel at 6am although the restaurant was still closed. Room was very nice and clean and breakfast was good. Thank you very much for all of them.

Cons: There is not coffee/tea maker in the room. The restaurant at breakfast only have white bread. It would be nice if it has brown and gluten free bread.

Good value for money - no complaints

Pros: Bed was very plush and comfortable. Shower pressure was excellent, it was large and there was really hot water. Breakfast options were limited but there was something for everyone. Staff were excellent. You can order fresh omelette.

Cons: It was an old / outdated room and common area, but this didn’t affect our stay - you get what you pay for.

Cons: Breakfast. So so poor. Is ruining the entire hotel. I wasn't expecting something excentric but i had better things and more verity in cheaper hotels. Sad because is ruining the experience.

Very nice place, some small details could be added

Pros: Very comfotable bed, spacious, friendly employees, helpful: they made several fotocopies of documents we needed for an ambassy.

Cons: I assume the carpet on the floor is clean, but it has a lot of stains, which does not look well.As the bathroom was so spacious, there could be something to put your chlothes on, a bank or some hooks would help.And a something to open a wine bottle in the kitchen. The heater in the livingroom did not work.
