Approved, especially the location

Pros: Fantastic location, great service, very safe, modern facilities, clean and comfortable.

Cons: Minor things like: could not get the cable tv to work so was stuck with local channels; the wifi was odd; and through the bathroom ventilation shaft window I could hear the neighbours on other floors, which was quite amusing, but was solved by closing the bathroom door. Nothing really detracting from the experience or purpose.

Great Room and Rooftop Jacuzzi with Sauna

Pros: Roof Top Jacuzzi and 2-Person Sauna is great. The Room was beautiful (I had a suite). A variety of free coffee all day long and free (sweet) wine in the afternoon and evening. Descent Complementary Breakfast

Cons: The Pool on the main floor right next to the dining room (visible) is basically unusable. Is cold and doesn't get sun. It not a space where you wanna hang out and relax. I didn't use it, and i didn't see anyone else ever use it either.

Pros: A localização é excelente e no final do dia tem lanche de cortesia para os hóspedes se confraternizarem

Cons: O chuveiro do meu quarto caia pouca água, mas nos quartos das amigas era excelente

Pros: Do atendimento do funcionário, que nos deu toda atenção quando passamos mal por causa da altitude e doa quartos bem arrumados e limpos. O café da manhã era simples, mas ideal para se evitar muita comida de manhã.

Cons: O local do café ser no quarto andar e ter que subir a escada e as cortinas não vedarem a claridade do corredor

Pros: El departamento que alquilamos nos resulto muy comodo, estaba todo muy limpio, el personal muy atento y a la hora del check out nos guardaron el equipaje hasta la tarde.

Estadia tranquila em Lima!

Pros: O café da manhã é muito bom. O hotel fica numa região tranquila, fica próximo a embaixada do Brasil e a várias opções de restaurante e comércio em geral.

Cons: O quarto está com cheiro de mofo, mas a limpeza estava ok.

Excelente!

Pros: Quarto bastante espaçoso com vários mimos, frigobar, cama confortável, atendentes excepcionalmente atenciosos e carismáticos. O café da manhã é muito gostoso e variado. O Hotel é moderno e tem excelente manutenção.

Cons: Não gosto de ter que usar o chuveiro dentro da banheira, pelo menos tinha barra de apoio. O chuveiro era fraquinho, mas com água quente. A toalha poderia ser maior.

Reasonable value for the price!

Pros: Good location for walking around Miraflores. We enjoyed the breakfast even though the space could be crowded. The suite room was spacious. The massage chairs and sauna in the gym area were really relaxing.

Cons: The room did not match the photos exactly and towels were missing in the room upon our arrival. There was a slight smell to the room and noise from the street could be heard. I wondered if there are other suites that are more upgraded/renovated but I’m not sure.
