Pros: As a repeated customer I like location of the property with neighbouring eateries and coastal walks, the splendid view from the balcony and the security provided by the concierge.

Pros: The size of the apartment was great and the views from the balcony was spectacular and could not ask for a better view than what I got. Great views of the beach for a sunset or sunrise depending on your preference. Absolutely worth it and definitely stay there again and strongly recommended others to stay here also

Pros: Property is perfectly located in Miraflores, close to restaurants and shopping. The view from the balcony over the Malecon and the coast is stunning. Bed is comfy, bath and kitchen are functional, WiFi has strong signal. Building has a concierge which makes it a safe place. Really enjoyed my stay and will return when in Lima again.

Great location, large apartment with great balcony.

Pros: Great location, modern large apartment, large balcony.

Cons: The description of the location on Booking.com needs to be clearer as the apartment wasn’t on the road I thought it was. It wasn’t a big problem as it wasn’t far from where I thought it was, it was just confusing in the taxi. Everything else was good!

Amazing location in the heart of Miraflores

Pros: Great location in Miraflores a few minutes for either the main Kennedy Parque and the famous Malecon boardwalk. Restaurant and bar options were excellent. Room was very spacious and clean. Host was easy to contact. Entering and exiting the apartment complex was from a door controlled by reception (no key to enter...but you need a key to the room). View from balcony includes the ocean. Kitchen is fairly modernized.

Cons: Nothing comes to mind.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, es ist günstig gelegen & vom Balkon aus gibts Meerblick.

Pros: Der CheckIn war unkompliziert. Der Portier wusste sofort Bescheid und machte mit uns die Schlüsselübergabe.

Würde sofort wieder kommen.

Pros: Tolle Lage alle Sehenswürdigkeiten und gute Restaurants zu Fuss erreichbar, Tiefgarage im Gebäude, Rezeption mit 24 Stunden Überwachung, geräumiges Schlafzimmer mit sehr bequemem Bett und viel Platz für Kleider etc., 2 Fernseher, gut ausgestattete Küche und schöner Blick vom Balkon aus auf dem wir viel Zeit verbracht haben.

Cons: Das einzige was fehlt wären Reinigungsutensilien, Besen etc.
