Excellent Hotel. Highly Recommended

Pros: It was very aesthetically pleasing. Staff were very helpful, breakfast was really good. Laundry was great too.

Good but we expected much more

Pros: We liked the warm swimming pools the attention given to water qualiit the animals and the quite location near the dunes

Cons: When we arrived the internet did not work and they jad to change the modem and there were no shampoo and soap in the room. The room for the price we paid was outdated. The water taps were working but needed change because they were dripping.Breakfast was ok but for an hotel of this quality could have been much better

Pros: Very good. Infrastructure is amazing. Breakfast too, very varied and good quality. Staff at restaurant extremely kind.view of the dunes!

Cons: The room needs some renovation. Also not enough bathroom space (wc and shower too close) - not enough towels, not enough shower gel. The room was spacious but not equipped enough (not usb for instance).

Almost resort-like, if dated, experience in Ica and close to Hucachina to beat the traffic

Pros: An old timey experience. Pretty much out of the eighties/nineties, but still very good. We loved the multiple poopls and activities, and we had to book last notice because of a mishap at another place. Las Dunas helped us get a solution.

Cons: Our room, with every amenity and a lovely porch, was nonetheless dated and sparsely decorated. Felt out of joint with the rest of the experience.

Variety space and relaxation in the sand

Pros: This hotel has a large central green yard, a lake surrounding the accommodation, and another large green place with horses, ducks, and other animals. Above all, the three swimming pools are the best for relaxation. It's like a hotel in Cancun, Mexico. I took a walk around the hotel in the morning, and the various themed places were fantastic. I'm gonna choose this hotel again when I need to recharge my tired mind and body.

Pros: Great location next to the sand dunes. Beautiful grounds and wildlife, fantastic customer service, excellent food, clean communal area and comfortable room, on-site doctor and professional entertainment,

Cons: Noisy music and entertainment around the pool area during the day.

Pros: An oasis of green with beautiful grounds, buildings and pools. Staff were very friendly , food was good. Breakfast was huge with biggest choice yet! In Peru!

Cons: We were only there for 24 hours and loved it but some might not like the noisy entertainment throughout the day around one of the pools, with music, dancing and exercise . However as there was a choice of pools it wasn’t an issue. It is pricey but you get what you pay for!
