Friendly, comfortable stay - highly recommended

Pros: I arrived after midnight, and everything was really easy. The staff are super friendly, the room bright, clean, modern and comfortable. I also loved the location on the edge of the city, near the mountains and the river - nice walk into town. I also had a late bus, and was allowed to keep the room until later, which made everything so easy!

Attentive staff, spotless rooms, great food

Pros: Very attentive staff. Excellent food for great prices in the restobar downstairs. Very clean and well-furnished rooms.

Cons: Party hosted on top floor one night was difficult to sleep through. Parking situation complex and inconvenient.

Bueno, Bonito, Amable y Accesible

Pros: La ubicación es un tanto distante del centro pero se encuentra cerca de la carretera principal así que es accesible a micros, taxis y colectivos que es el medio de transporte, considerando que la ciudad todo es cercano. Lo que más recalcó y me agradó es el trato del personal es muy bueno y amable.

Cons: Por la zona se fue la luz, pero aparentemente es normal en la región y volvió a las 2 horas.

Pros: Me encantó el hotel: muy limpio, bonito y con una cama súper confortable. Lo que más aprecio es que me hayan permitido hospedarme con mis tres hijos perrunos, Motta, Bruno y Lulú. Por supuesto, ellos siempre viajan con sus camitas. Además, cerca del hotel había un parque ideal para llevarlos a pasear. ¡Una experiencia excelente!🫠

Pros: La atención y amabilidad del personal fue muy buena y la infraestructura es muy adecuada para su precio. Volvería para quedarme más tiempo en ese hospedaje.

Cons: Si tuviera una mejor ubicación sería optimo, pero es fácil tomar una moto desde ahí al centro de la ciudad. Así que todo es manejable para los huéspedes.
