Retablo Boutique Hotel

Pros: Manager was always easy to reach and had helpful suggestions, Breakfast and rooms good value for money, very well insulated from street noise, excellent location at the center.

Cons: No completely 24h reception. Initially we received the wrong key so that we could neither leave nor re-enter the building. For exiting there turned out to be a button to press as well and for re-entering the manager returned after around 20min to let us in, apologized and provide the correct key. While rooms are well insulated from the street noise, rooms close to the reception can hear the noise from people having breakfast at the reception area.

Pros: Everything was great! The bedroom was very nice and super clean and comfortable. Location is wonderful; really close to the main square, restaurants, shops, etc. Breakfast was delicious, and the host is the best. We would definitely recommend this nice hotel!

Pros: The property was excellent all around, great central location within walking distance, great breakfast, and exceptional customer service from Daniel, allowing early check in and late departure means a lot when travelling through Peru and dealing with overnight busses, thankyou very much for such a great stay !

Pros: The hotel owner, Daniel, went above and beyond to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. He even went out to buy furniture and when we needed a replacement bottle opener he went out to find one! He made it feel more like a home than a hotel. The location is perfect, being only one block from the central square. Breakfast was exceptional. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. We can't praise Daniel and this hotel enough. Our definite home from home next time we are in Ayacucho! 😀

Pros: Very clean, cozy and comfortable. The manager: Daniel, very friendly, always with a smile. He made sure the breakfast was according to the taste of each client and it was a lot of food.

Lovely hotel. Very highly recommended

Pros: Retablo was a pleasant surprise! The outside of the building doesn't look very promising, but once you walk in everything is very clean, organized and comfortable. Vladimir has the friendliest smile and is super attentive. He makes a lovely breakfast and makes sure everything and everyone is taken care of. Our room was simple but comfortable. Super clean. Good bed. Tv worked well and shower was good. I'd definitely stay here again!

Pros: The owners are great and genuinely care about making your vacation exceptional. They offer a lovely homemade breakfast, and the location is fantastic—just a few blocks from the main square in the city center. Excellent value for the price, with very helpful and attentive hosts.
