Pros: The room was great, and location is very close to the center.

Cons: The breakfast was not great but decent. On Sunday, there was loud music from the outside from 5 to 10 pm, but it could be just from our side. If you want to rest early, check with the hotel to make sure your room is on the other side.

Pros: size of the room was pleasant everything was clean

Cons: the stuff there could be more active and communicative. especially on the breakfast. Also the breakfast was kindaa simple. But all good

Great view with breakfast, comfy bed, friendly helpful staff.

Pros: Close to the main plaza, fantastic view of surrounding mountains while eating breakfast, friendly, helpful staff, big room, comfortable bed.

Cons: Room was a little noisy at night from the street traffic.

Perfect stay

Pros: The staff are very attentive and friendly, the location is perfect with only a five minute walk to the main plaza, and the views from the rooftop terrace (where breakfast is served) are amazing.

Buena atención

Pros: Todo super bien, todos fueron muy amables, la señorita que nos atendió en el desayuno, fue muy amable, muy atenta, se acercó a consultarnos como iba el desayuno y a ofrecer más cafe, no recuerdo su nombre pero fue la que nos atendió en la mañana del 14. También les había comentado que era mi cumpleaños y me dejaron una bonita sorpresa en la habitación, que lindo detalle, mis padres disfrutaron de los dulces, muchas gracias. Me gustaría volver por más días :)

Cons: No tenían amenities extras, pasta de dientes o kits adicionales gratuitos, por el precio quizás deberían incluirlos al menos a solicitud, tampoco tenían toallas de manos, pedí una toalla extra en la noche en su lugar y nunca llegó :(

Pros: La verdad que es un hotel que parece 5 estrellas a un precio muy razonable.

Pros: Sus instalaciones muy limpias, ordenadas y bien arregladas.

Cons: Solo tienen servicio de desayunos... Los desayunos deberían ser más variados.

Inolvidable recuerdo

Pros: Buena ubicación dónde está el hotel cerca de la plaza de armas, centros comerciales restaurantes,cafeterías , farmacia etc. El buen trato de las personas tanto del hotel como a dónde ido (restaurante, cafeteria, agencia de turismo etc)

Cons: No podría opinar de ello ya que dentro de los pocos días que estuve todo me gustó

Pros: Todo excelente, incluye desayuno incluye el primer día, y se puede hacer check in early sin costo. La habitación espaciosa y comoda.

Cons: Nada en absoluto, todo estuvo excelente.
