Pros: 1. The people. Everyone - especially Kelly, Yoshi, Yvonne and Saul (they were the ones we got to meet) - was incredibly gentle, helpful, prestative. Type of people you would like to sit and become friends with. 2. The place. The rooms were super clean and perfect for resting after a day of walking in the altitude. Also, it's a beautiful place with a great vibe. At the end of the trip, it felt like home. 3. The service. Delicious breakfast. Cleaning was spotless. Always prestative to help with whatever we needed. Our transport to Machu Picchu was arranged by them.

Cons: It was only 10 days.

Comfy welcoming stay in the heart of Cusco

Pros: Very comfy bed and hot showers! Perfect location, super close to town square. The staff were all so lovely and let us store our bags there on our last day until 8pm.

Pros: excellent location — all attractions are within walking distance, and there are many great restaurants nearby. The staff are very friendly and will help you arrange everything. Overall, this hotel is great value for money.

Cons: The network was outrageously bad — there was almost no usable connection at all, and even if you get connected, it would drop out quickly. I have to use my mobile hotspot for my laptop the entire time

Quiet and pristine place in the middle of busy Cusco

Pros: This was my 3rd stay at Terra sagrada! I love this litlle ocean of peace in the middle of Cusco. The staff is very sweet and the bedroom well isolated from the city noise and light. Will be back there again!

Pros: I usually do not write comments, but this is an exception. We stayed here before and after a trekking near Cusco. It was great to get used to the heights and rest once we came back. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great and the building is beautiful. Definitely recommend this accomodation.

Fantastic location, helpful staff

Pros: Great central location, easy to get everywhere in town on foot. The airport transfer provided by the hotel was great, and Hector and Kelly were over and above helpful in giving restaurant and tour recommendations. The rooms are cosy, the garden is lovely and breakfast daily was excellent.

Cons: The bathrooms are painfully small, showers are difficult to close and there's limited places to hang towels. It can be noisy, but it wasn't too bad during the weekdays when we stayed.

Pros: The property was situated in a central area with easy access to town. The staff were brilliant and let us stay a little longer so that we could wait for a flight. They were friendly and extremely helpful.

Cons: Could hear car traffic/ horns beeping at weekend until quite late.

Perfect stay

Pros: We had a perfect stay. They helped us organise tours. We could even leave our backpacks in the hotel for two days. During the weekend, they moved us to a different hotel because we wanted somewhere quieter and should get a little bit loud there during the weekend. The second hotel was lovely. You have to pay for breakfast, but that's totally understandable. It's really good and worth the money.
