A comfy, safe hostel close to the airport with great staff

Pros: The owner was very king. He drove me to the airport for 40 soles. Definitely good choice for airport transfer hotel.

Pros: Clean room with a very efficient and polite host. Communication with him was a breeze. Room had all basic amenities. Location 15minutes from airport,an 8€ transfer.

Cons: Room size was small . Double bed was too small for two good sized adults. The neibourghood is uninteresting and not entirely secure Do not change money with them.They offer a rate better than at the airport but much lower than at the casas de cambio downtown

Great value, friendly helpful hosts

Pros: The hosts are exceptionally friendly and helpful. They kept some luggage for me for 10 days before my stay. They assisted with a lift to the airport the following day for a small fee.

Cons: I put a bottle of water in the refrigerator, and when I went to get it in the morning, it had disappeared!! I didn't like the super bright hallway lights that came on via a sensor in the middle of the night when I would need to head to the bathroom.

Pros: The host is amazing. She was flexible with my arrival time and boked a taxi, and also in the early morning too.

Pros: The personnel. They both communicated promptly and they were flexible in every way. I did like the quietness of the house when I needed rest after a long trip. I like the fact that transport for the airport was offered and for an honest and reasonable price at a time when would had been difficult to get a taxi at that time of the night. Ricardo and Nancy were extremely kind and helpful in every way. Thanks to both. David

Cons: Just the area of Callao. It doesn't feel safe to go around the area on your own. I think the place could benefit if there was a chance to get a pick up from the airport as it is daunting to get a taxi to their place for a fare fee when there are dozens of taxi drivers offering you transport for ridiculous prices. The owners could charge a bit more or get some reliable taxi drivers to pick up their clients whenever they arrived. A simple phone number would give the client relief and peace of mind.
