Green House

Clean, safe, convenient

Pros: The green house is near the airport, ideal for short stays. It is located in the monitored area and is very safe as well as the area around. It is located in a quiet residential family-friendly area with many trees, small cafes and almost no traffic. The area is clean and the appartment is also modern and clean. The host Fernando is very nice and helpful, always in a good mood and calm. Fernando has a car and offers also a transfer from and to the airport, which is very convenient especially for a foreigner with limited knowledge of Spanish like myself.

Pros: Great stay as for that price, the host is very attentive & takes care of everything including airport pickup. Mind that it is still in the Calleo neighbourhood so it has a bit of a dense vibe and there is music playing at night but still it is a comfy state as for one night to have the airport nearby.

Good value. Fernando a great host.

Pros: Conveniently located near the airport in a large residential complex with a number of small eateries and kiosks around. Fernando was friendly and exceptionally helpful with pick up and drop off (even for a very early flight). Room simple but clean. Super fast wifi.

Cons: A little noisy but nice sound of a busy residential area. No safety concerns whatsoever.

Great overnighter between flights

Pros: The accommodation is comfortable, the shared bathroom clean and Fernandos (the host), is helpful and friendly. We rebooked this place after the first good experience - great for a quick overnighter between trips (close to the airport and Fernandos can provide transfer at a reasonable rate).

Cons: Nothing, all good.

Pros: Very close to airport, very clean and comfortable. Fernando was super friendly and helpful even though my flight landed very late.

Pros: Beautiful and comfortable clean apartment with everything that you need. A comfortable living room and equipped kitchen for your cooking . There are only 3 bedrooms in the guest house, so it's never get crowded. Super friendly hosts and super close to the airport. For 9$ thay will pick you up from the airport. Perfect place for your time in Lima. Highly recommended.

Pros: This is very much a family business - everyone was so friendly and helpful! You really did feel very welcome. Location is safe and we enjoyed walking around a bit in the evening. Value for money - nothing fancy but all you need. The pick up from airport was great too. Thank you!

Pros: Incredibly friendly and helpful hosts (Fernando and his mum). Good communication throughout. The room is big with a comfortable bed. The bathroom was clean and well equipped. I really appreciated Fernando waiting for my late and delayed flight and provided breakfast to my specification.

Perfect place to stay close to the airport!

Pros: Fernando is a great host. Communication was effective, friendly, in time. Very proactive and caring. The ride from the airport and back was entertaining and once I got there it was pleasant and more comfortable than expected. I have zero complaints.

Cons: The area seems safe, it was a bit noisy at night. But I admit I got great value for what I payed.

Pros: 入口だけ見ると、どんなところだろうと心配してしまいましたが、アパートの一室という感じで、非常にシンプルな作り。部屋（ベッド）やバスルームは清潔に保たれていました。トランジットで寝るためだけの利用だったので、気になることはほとんどありませんでした。

Cons: トランジットにはいいが、観光するには立地的に厳しいかと思います。
