We loved Casa Mirador

Pros: Carlos was friendly and welcoming, even before we met in person. He gave good directions to the road behind to make it easier with my bags. The place was clean, tidied regularly with your permission and correspondence, and the facilities had temperate to hot water, which was welcome after a stay in the jungle with cold showers! We didn't use the communal kitchen, but it was rather accommodating. The hostel/hotel is located on the hillside overlooking the city, accessible only on foot, but the views did not disappoint. Really enjoyed our balcony sights, it made our stay, especially with the warm blankets provided. Highly recommended.

Cons: Nothing! The place exceeded expectations, making the hard work walking the ancient steps worth it!

Amazing stay, highly recommended

Pros: Everything! Carlos is a great host who will do everything to make your stay enjoyable. We could leave our luggage for a few days, he gave us recommendations and even organized our airport transfer. The view is stunning from the lobby area, the room was nice and clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. The location is great, very close to San Blas market where they have the best breakfast and smoothies!

Cons: Nothing, only important to know that there are quite a lot of stairs to climb to get there from Plaza de Armas.

Pros: The room was really cosy with nice view! We really liked the terrace which had also the best view in town. Clean, with hot water and nice shared kitchen! Carlos was really accommodating and helpful. He also let us store our bags while on Salkantay trek. Overall a great stay!

Pros: I came back to Casa Mirador because I just loved the place! Amazing view, awesome saff, clean and cosy.

Pros: Great room, nicely furnished with, a spectacular view of the city of Cusco. Carlos is available, nice and quickly answers questions. Highly recommended!

Lovely stay at Casa Mirador

Pros: We had stayed at hostels in town previously, but preferred Casa Mirador. Really good value for what you get. Comfortable bed, we were able to watch Netflix on the big TV. The unit had a kitchen where we were able to cook meals too. Nice big space for a small price.

Cons: The room did get chilly at night but there were lots of blankets etc. to keep warm. The hill to walk up from town is steep but doable - the view at the top makes it worth it!

Pros: The property is right in the top of San blast , you get the best view, Carlos is a very kind and helpful host.

Pros: Very friendly and helpfull host! He makes you feel at home and is always there to help with anything. Very welcoming!
