Pros: Frank was very welcoming. Had access to the kitchen to make tea & coffee. Breakfast was very good. Location was good, 10 minutes to Kennedy Park. Lots of restaurants close by.

Exceptional place to stay in Lima

Pros: There was everything I needed for a comfortable holiday. The terrace was a true highlight, ideal for enjoying breakfast in the morning. Despite being located in the heart of Miraflores, the place offered complete privacy and tranquility. Highly recommended

Great place to stay in Miraflores

Pros: Exceptionally well decorated and kept apartment. Great facilities, modern but with a classical touch. Makes you feel at home - breakfast was simple but home-made. Very helpful owner as well, took a lot of time to explain and guide us.

Great stay at this boutique hotel, recommended

Pros: Lovely room in Ana and Frank’s stunning house in a good location. Frank and Ana provided maps and suggest for tours, restaurants etc. Very comfortable beds and hot running water at all times. There is a small terrace also

Cons: Lima is chilly and damp at night and particularly in the early morning.

A perfect luxury retreat with exceptional hosts.

Pros: Exceptional hotel. Home form home but with the luxury of a 5 star boutique hotel. Frank and Ana were wonderful hosts - always there when we needed them and a friendly guide to Lima for new visitors. The bed and sheets were certainly the most comfortable we have experienced in any accommodation for a long time. The relaxation spaced were wonderfully furnished with great pieces of art on the walls. The breakfast on the covered terrace was a great start to the day - both plentiful and fresh, The locations was very central a secure haven from the bustle of the city.

A fantastic stay in a central area with brilliant hosts. Felt like being at home!

Pros: Frank went above and beyond to make us comfortable especially with my husband for some additional touches for our honeymoon. The bed and room were super comfortable and the breakfast was basic but perfect for what we needed and expected.

Cons: Would have been good to have the room cleaned daily or more communication on when it could be done as we did go out every morning after breakfast.

Loved our stay

Pros: The room was spacious and very comfortable - especially the bed! Frank was an excellent host always on hand if we needed him but never intrusive. Enjoyed the breakfast - the home made pineapple jam/marmalade was delicious.
