Pros: 这是一家新开的民宿酒店，在这里我们享受了洁净舒适的房间和床。收到了家人一般的真诚相待。第一天到达比较晚，下车后有一段上坡路司机扛起我近40斤的箱子没有任何怨言和额外要求送到酒店的客厅。怀孕的姐姐为我们安排第二天的出行联系了很多人花了很多时间，不顾时间已经很晚了。善良能干的妈妈尽可能的招待我们，无论我们要求多早早餐。甚至早上5点为我们现做早餐，使我们能吃到现烤面包，新鲜炒鸡蛋及现榨果汁🍹。热情的妹妹晚上9点带我们去市中心换钱并参观夜景。这里的一切感觉非常温馨舒适。是我们最想再去的地方。另外真诚感谢这家人给予的一切，使我们在疲惫的旅途中感到温暖快乐！谢谢！

Pros: I 100% recommend a stay at Carmen's House!! It is in a fabulous and quiet location just a few minutes walk from the Plaza de Armas. It has an amazing view overlooking the city. The hosts are so so hospitable and they really make you feel at home. The room we stayed in was newly furnished, clean, and spacious. Our group of 4 had such a lovely experience staying at Carmen's House, and we would go back in a heartbeat!

Comfortable and Spacious Stay

Pros: The host was amiable, accommodating, and flexible. She prepared food for me when I couldn’t make it to breakfast during regular hours. My room was immaculate and my bed was huge and very clean. The bathroom was spotless and the shower was hot. These were all blessings after traveling to the Amazon and Machu Picchu. I highly recommend. Short walk to the plaza.

One of the cleanest rooms in Peru.

Pros: Very clean and spacious. The host prepared me breakfast for dinner as I had an early tour at 3:35 am the next morning. Walking distance to Cusco’s main attractions.

Cons: The uphill walk to get there.

Pros: Un lugar muy limpio y practicamente nuevo, ubicado cerca de las atraciones turisticas. Ambiente de una casa familiar, pues esta manejado por una familia. Muy buena atencion a cliente y todo agradable. Habitacion tiene una estufa de calefacion en caso de frio a noche ;)

Pros: La enorme y cordial amabilidad de Alejandra y Evelyn, siempre atentas a cualquier necesidad. El lugar esta nuevo literal, estuvimos estrenando la habitación. Con todas las comodidades.
