Great and comfortable place to stay

Pros: Very nice central location, but still quiet at night so one can sleep well. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room also has a heater which can be necessary during the colder nights.

Cons: Just a minor point. The hot water lasts only about 10 min in the shower and could use more pressure.

Pros: It was really worth the price. Cleaning every day. Freshly made breakfast. And excellent service from the hosts who provided us with everything we needed for our stay. Even helped us with our laundry! The hostel was also only a few minutes walk from the historical centre and Cuscos beutiful plazas! Would recommend!!

Excellent stay, would highly recommend

Pros: The hostel is very charming. The room was very comfortable and clean, with all the necessary amenities. The staff were very friendly and helpful and overall it was an excellent value for money.

Cons: The WiFi worked well in the common areas but was very spotty in the room.

Cute and very affordable place in Cusco!

Pros: Super cute place and nice rooms, central location, great value for money. The breakfast was freshly made on order and the staff were very friendly.

Cons: It's a bit strange for a hotel not to accept any card payments. The coffee with the breakfast was very watery and the WiFi was very poor even though there were several networks to choose from.

Pros: Great location & the staff were lovely. Rooms very clean & hot shower. Free breakfast included.

Cons: Had to pay balance in cash, couldn’t use bank card. TV in room didn’t work.

Nice, cozy and good location

Pros: Very central, but far enough from the hustle of Plaza de Armas. The staff were very nice and responsive.

Cons: I could use cleaner linens and maybe face towels, we were only provided 1 per person, but when I asked for more they gave then non the less.

Comfy, cozy and hot showers!

Pros: Really comfy twin beds, hot hot shower. They had heating from 6pm so it was nice and warm to sleep. The room had a tv and lamps, staff were super friendly and kind. Breakfast was basic but good! Short walk from the city centre

Cons: Plug sockets are a little iffy, didn’t always work but could be due to adapters.

Just perfect

Pros: Lovely hot showers, rooms and bathrooms are super clean and great size. Always someone available at reception and very accommodating staff with getting into rooms early, leaving bags. The reception area has tea and coffee available and the ere is a nice area to sit. Smells clean and fresh

Staff very helpful

Pros: We wanted a hotel which was cheap as we had plans to be away for four out of the six nights we stayed. This was reasonably priced

Cons: Nothing.
