Central location with adequate facilities.

Pros: Brekky was good. Great views from upstairs brekky area. Central location. Friendly, helpful and accommodative reception staff.

Cons: Toilet could be upgraded/cleaner.

Pros: Personnel was very friendly and helpful when we asked for tips on what to do in the city. The room and the bathroom were both very spacious!

Cons: The breakfast was a bit simple, but still enough.

A great hotel offering tours at reasonable prices.

Pros: The staff Cynthia and Michel were both so helpful and let us wait until it was convenient for us to leave for the bust station. We only had one breakfast as we had an early start to tour Palccoyo which we booked through the hotel. In both cases the breakfast was delicious and the day’s tour was mind blowingly wonderful. Highly recommend using this hotel for tours. The shower was great, large and hot water. Having hot drinks available was very useful

Cons: The floorboards in our room were particularly noisy and squeaky and need to be screwed down. The mattress of one of the beds in the room was extremely soft and I feel should be replaced.

Great place

Pros: KAARO house is the perfect place to book if you want to discover Cusco at any time of the day. Best location, just 10min away from Plaza de Armas and around 20min from any other main attraction in Cusco. The staff is the friendliest I've ever met, rooms are quiet and properly furbished. Beds can result a bit hard for some people, but breakfast has an exceptional view on the city. Great value for money!

Cons: the bed mattress was a bit hard, but my partner found it perfect. For the rest everything was fantastic and I couldn't ask for more given the price :)

Pros: This was our first stay here and we got a main floor room with two stairs going up to the bathroom. Ok as we are short but still an awkward entry. We needed a portable heater which is provided if you ask. Ok for 1 night. Walkable to Plaza de Armas, restaurants, San Pedro Market etc. Reception staff speak English and are very nice and helpful. Breakfast was simple with bread, fruit, yogurt, juice but enough to eat. No issues with noise in the area.

Cons: Shared kitchen didn't have a microwave. Bathroom was an odd design in this particular room.
