Absolutely lovely

Pros: The stuff was really nice, they helped us with everything! The room was clean and nice, the location is excellent!

Pros: Staff were very kind, the location is perfect (next to main square but 2 corners away from the big crowd). I valued the hairdryer too. It was nice to see they support the Procession by inviting holders for breakfast :)

Cons: Not every staff member spoke English. The bathroom needed a paint.

This is a great little hotel. Definitely worth it

A nice place in the historic center of Cusco

Pros: The hotel is located in a charming old house in the heart of Cusco, literally a few steps away from the main square. The staff were very nice and took care of everything we needed.

Cons: The rooms are a bit outdated, but a lot effort is put to keep them clean. However, the walls and windows have no sound insulation and you can hear music from restaurants around you and cars honking on the street late at night, which was quite annoying, considering we needed to wake up early every morning to go on day trips.

Excellent basic hotel, with lovely owners who take great pride in their establishment -will be back!

Pros: We only had one night at this hotel, but could easily have had more. It is in an excellent location and the staff are so helpful at all times. Rooms are basic but immaculate and the rooms size was ample for our family. Great value for money.

Cons: Everything her was beautiful and simple. However for the elderly there is no elevator. This did not bother us at all, but the staircase up one floor is quite steep and thought I should mention.

Aging elegance

Pros: A once spectacular old building that still holds a certain charm. High ceilings and large rooms. The one pictured has a balcony onto the street with a clear view of the monastery. There is a sittimg room as well The staff are kind and accomadating. One kindly took our laundry out for us.

Cons: The age of the building meant there were signs of wear and some maintenance needed. ( one room we stayed in had a spongy spot on the floor, covered with a carpet

Nice stay!

Pros: A home feel like accommodation. The staff are warm and friendly. Great breakfast provided. Room is spacious with sufficient natural light in daytime.

Cons: The shower is a bit unstable with the water split out at the bathroom. Not enough socket at room.

Pros: Me sentí muy cómodo me orientaron en todo el desayuno estaba delicioso el personal muy amable mi hijo se sintió como en casa si tendría que regresar volvería sin dudarlo

Cons: La verdad no hay mucho que decir solo agregaré en la noche se sintió un poco de frío y si puedan poner mas puntos de corriente por lo menos en mi habitación después todo super bien
