Amazing staff

Pros: The staff is amazing! Giovana received us with a smile, coca tea and calming voice, helping woth wahtever she could so we could have a good experience! The shower is great, hot water with pressure and great beds! We asked the reception for a hair dryer and borrowed it for the night. Breakfast with good fruits and the location is pretty close to the center.

Pros: We stayed two nights in the hotel. You can leave your luggage there for free when leaving for Michu Picchu. I really liked the breakfast. Fresh fruits, avocado, freshly made juices without added sugar. They serve hot scrambled eggs as well. There hot water, coffee and tea plus some fruits available all day. They upgraded our room on last night for bigger one for free. Hot water with good pressure. WiFi works well.

Would definitely come back

Pros: Staff are so so nice, location is amazing, we were here for 10 days and never took an uber or bus, just walked everywhere. The room is comfortable and big.

Cons: The walls are paper thin. If there were guests talking at night we could not sleep at all. The curtains are not blackout which also made the experience of trying to sleep late bad (since sleeping early depended on others being quiet)

Comfortable, clean and lovely staff

Pros: Staff were lovely, located a bit out of the main area but a short easy walk. The rooms were good and very clean, the staff were really friendly and really made sure we looked after and looked after our bags while we went in a 4 day tour

Pros: The staff were absolutely amazing and did so much to help me. They were so kind and patient even though I don’t speak Spanish! The beds were extremely comfortable also.

Cons: I wasn’t too keen on the breakfast as the coffee was not always very hot.

Pros: The staff were very friendly and helped us arrange taxis for our trips to macchu picchu and to the airport

Cons: The building is not dissimilar to other budget end hostels in that the building tends to echo which means you can hear your neighbours coming and going. Nothing too disturbing though, people were quiet during unsocial hours.

Perfect stay

Pros: Staff is kind, smiling, and super helpful. Every day, they prepare delicious, fresh breakfast, and we could leave our luggage safely while heading for Inca trail. Thank you, chicos! The room is really nice, simple, but with everything you need. And hot shower with good pressure ! We had fresh towels and toilet paper every day. Bed and pillows are very comfortable. On top of that, the room is warm and quiet. Great location. Perfect stay!

Cons: Drainage in the sink and shower could be improved.

Pros: La atención fue muy buena, me dieron recomendaciones para visitar sitios, y cuando salía muy temprano me daban el el desayuno para llevar. La habitación y el baño estaban limpios, y cada día lo arreglaban.
