Very good value for money, nice and clean, has kitchen facilities and helpful and friendly staff
Pros: Quite, clean and perfect value for money. Accidentally booked a room with no bathroom and the staff upgraded me to a room with bathroom for free.
Cons: The rooms have no air con and the windows are out onto the hallway and are not tinted or frosted so if you want to open for fresh air people can walk past and see you in bed

Pros: Location was great, close to Cusco's center and lots of restaurants and coffee shops. We had early tours and we felt super safe waiting in the outside. It was super quiet at the same time; clean and beds confortable. We booked two separeted periods of stay and they storaged our luggage during the 4 days of trekking.
Cons: Hotel do not provide any toileries besides a simple soap and towels. For the price we expected to have some shampoo at least. We did two separated bookings and in the first one they allocated us in a room that had a strange sweaty smell.

Good stay for Little Money
Pros: Very nice and tidy, free Coca tea to help with the alternde, staff was very friendly. Good Location to Explore Cusco. Would say it’s a Mix of Guesthouse and Hostel. We had a Double Room and that was good. There is a bar nearby, so if you are very sensitive to Sound, this May be a problem (was not for us)

Everything You Need Within Walking Distance
Pros: close to Plaza de Armas. They store your luggage both before check-in and after check-out. You can buy a 625 ml bottle of water for 1.5 soles, which is quite reasonable for an accommodation. The shower area has both a curtain and a small step separating it from the toilet, so the floor stays dry. There’s always someone at the front desk, so you can go in and out at any time of the day or night. Within walking distance, you can find almost everything you need — restaurants, money exchange offices, barbers, laundries, and supermarkets. I recommend “Orion” supermarket and the food court on the top floor of “Centro Commercial Imperial Plaza” for good meal options.
Cons: The WiFi is generally fast, but sometimes it becomes unstable. To reach the front desk from the room, you have to pass through a short outdoor area. On rainy or cold days, this can feel a bit inconvenient.

Nice stay in good location
Pros: Very good location in quiet back street, but very close to main plaza. Hot water in the shower, and rather warm room in September. Nice staff, public kitchen where you can drink tea.

A great stay in Cusco
Pros: The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. We managed to get the shower hot after running the sink tap for a but (bit of a hack) and the pressure was good. The staff were helpful and let us store our bags for 4 days as we returned afterwards for 2 nights.
Cons: The toilet was in the room and smelled a bit damp. The cleaning staff were very loud and cleaning at 7am. We were by the stairs so lots of commotion on the stairs and hall with guests and staff and lights were on so bright in our room. Had to use a sleeping eye mask.

Overall good value for money and a satisfying stay.
Pros: Centrally located, close to plaza de Armas and main Cusco sites. Helpful staff when it came to storing luggage. Comfortable enough facilities. Good WiFi
Cons: lacking some utensils in the kitchen. There seemed to be some discrepancy between the booking.com and their internal booking system resulting in different dates for our booking.
