Great place - Minor issue

Pros: Located in Miraflores, this place is in a great spot with plenty of restaurants nearby. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Breakfast was simple with limited options, but everything we had was tasty. They also offer the option to arrange a private taxi to or from the airport, which was convenient and reasonably priced.

Cons: We were really happy with the place and would definitely stay again. The only thing worth mentioning is that after 5pm, check-in is self-service, and when we arrived, the lock system wasn’t working. Luckily, our taxi driver was still with us and was able to help. Otherwise, it would’ve been tricky since there was no one around.

Pros: Very clean, friendy and comfortable highly recommended.

Comfortable, home-like stay

Pros: I had a lovely stay here. The team really made me feel at home, and my room was very comfortable. Even better, I was able to check in early (very, very welcome after several long flights) and check out a little late. The breakfast is simple and good. The location is great too - close to Huaca Pucllana, and several fantastic restaurants (Panchita, Restaurant Huaca Pucllana), easy for Ubers to pick up from, and I felt very safe walking around even at night as a solo female traveller. The team only speak a little English, as is normal in Peru, so a little Spanish goes a long way.

Cons: There was a 'situation' with the toilet, which the team fixed before I was able to figure out how to explain in Spanish. Take note - even just one piece of toilet paper can clog a toilet in Peru!!!!!

Nice and clean for a short stay

Pros: Everything was clean and the room was very spacious. Location is a little off from Miraflores center.

Pros: Big and very clean rooms. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast is very good as well.

Beautiful house in central Miraflores

Pros: Lovely B&B in a beautiful house. Central location in Miraflores and a short walk from Kennedy Park. Our room was very spacious and spotless with a big comfortable bed and overhead shower. The breakfast was tasty and included eggs, bread with butter and jam, cake, cereal, yoghurt and great coffee of course! The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Cons: No complaints.

Cons: Hosts are very nice and responsive but the fact that there Is not a reception makes It a bit difficult to communicate with them

Nice stay

Pros: The room was beautiful and the bed was very comfortable.

Cons: The reception closes at 5pm so when we arrived we were all alone. It didn't feel like a warm welcome. The communication with the owner was mainly through written messages. We would have liked to see her.

Pros: We liked the room and the common spaces. The breakfast was good too. Helpful staff.

Cons: The bed was quite short. If you advertise a smoke free hotel do also enforce it. We had booked it specifically for this reason, but experienced twice people smoking in the patio, which we could smell in the room.
