Lighthouse lifesavers

Pros: I cannot recommend The Lighthouse enough. I booked here super super last minute after landing into Lima at 10pm and getting a phone all from a different booking that they had to cancel my reservation. I ended up booking lighthouse and then messaging them to check it would be okay as it was so late and last minute and they were so incredibly accommodating and really quick to respond to all my messages. I am very aware that one of the lovely owners stayed up to let me in even though it was so late, and when I arrived they took me up to my room so I could sleep and sort out payment in the morning. The room was super spacious, so clean and a really comfy bed. The breakfast was fantastic and all in all the property felt like a home from home. I’m so grateful my experience here started off my trip to Peru (even though it came about in what was originally a less than ideal scenario). 100/10 would recommend here to anyone

Nice homely place in safe area with lots of excellent cafes nearby

Pros: Location excellent , but difficult to find as not named...... just work out from the street number. Breakfast ok but served in a nice communal area.

Cons: Building work noise nearby but largely during the day.

One of my best Booking.com Experiences so far. You get a lot of bang for your buck.

Pros: Very friendly staff. Especially the owner was helpful at all times, gave advice for bike rental, exploring the city and the like. Late arrival is also no problem at all. This place is the perfect stay if one just wants to calm down a little after a long flight to Lima and if one wants to recharge close to the coast and catch the Miraflores vibes for a couple days this place is perfect as well. Breakfast was delicious, room was quiet (at least mine, can‘t speak for the others) and plenty of books to chose from.

Cons: Nothing bad to say.

Delightful bed and breakfast

Pros: We loved this bed and breakfast. The location was fine and the host was very nice and helpful. The breakfast was lovely too. Everything about our stay was perfect.

Cons: The light bulbs were missing in lamp above the bathroom mirror which would have been helpful if it worked as having a bit more light would have been better.
