Pros: The apartment was clean and spacious and a great space for our first few nights in Peru. It felt safe and was close to a big supermarket with easy access for meeting taxis. We enjoyed using the gym too. Highly recommended.

Pros: Katrina was really friendly. The apartment was really clean and everything was very user friendly including the kitchen. It was even better that there was a washer and dryer. Highly recommended. If I go back to Lima I will stay here again.

Nice apartment

Pros: The apartment is located on a main street, so there was some street noise, but the location is excellent – close to the city center and within walking distance. There's a shopping center nearby where you can buy all the essentials. The apartment was very clean, almost sterile. Personally, I would have preferred more kitchen equipment for preparing lunch, but it was sufficient for breakfast or dinner. Communication with the owner was quick and hassle-free.

Cons: I was disappointed that after making the reservation, I received an additional set of house rules in the correspondence. In my opinion, such information should be provided upfront, before booking. If the owner has specific requirements about careful use of the apartment, this should be made clear earlier. Moreover, on the day of our arrival, we were informed by the owner that the security guard at reception would simply check and confirm our identity. However, instead, he took photos of our passports, which I find unacceptable!

Pros: Washer/dryer provided. Can leave luggage at their office close by after check out.

Cons: Not that close to Kennedy Park or boardwalk. Not a lot of restaurants in the immediate area. Long contract with exclusions that you only read after booking. 3 night stay and not enough bar soap provided - apparently they only provide for first night stay and you have to get your own. To host credit, she sent more after I argued with her. But such a small thing that could be provided to take headache off guest.

Precioso lugar desde donde visitar Lima.

Pros: El apartamento tiene una excelente ubicación en MIraflores. Aunque no tiene vista al mar, tiene vista despejada, es muy luminoso y está a unas seis-siete cuadras de Larco Mar y los bellos jardines que van a lo largo de cinco kilómetros caminables. También hay autobuses hacia Barranco y hacia el Centro Histórico a cuadra y media del edificio donde ubica el apto. Es un a zona muy agradable para caminar y el apartamento está bien equipado. Los porteros del edificio son responsables y muy amables. En las inmediaciones hay lindos lugares para comer, entre los cuales se destaca el Café Lima, que es imperdible. Dado que esta visita fue en invierno, no fuimos a las playas. Lo recomiendo sin duda.

Cons: Faltaría una mesita y una lámpara de leer en el segundo dormitorio para hacerlo perfecto. Sugiero también que hagan disponibles materiales de orientación turística para quienes no conocen una ciudad, que es muy grande y tiene muchos atractivos en diversas zonas dispersas.

Excelente departamento en un barrio soñado

Pros: La calidad del departamento excelente, todo nuevo y en muy buen estado. Amplio, mucho espacio, luminoso. Bien decorado y equipado con todo lo necesario. Camas comodísimas. El barrio es buenísimo, mucho comercio y actividades a corta distancia.

Cons: El internet tiene problemas, pero el anfitrión respondió rápido y lo solucionó: hay 3 redes distintas en el depto. a las que conectarse según en qué espacio se encuentre uno.
