Fulfilled my expectations. View from balcony was awesome

Pros: Everything. Excellent location. Safe neighborhood with great options to eat and many coffe places, markets and downtown shopping within walking distance. Photos despicted the apartment. Wifi fast enough for telework with video conference. AC in main bedroom. Clean building with security 24/7 at the lobby. Owner easy to reach all the time

Cons: Nothing that I disliked
