Appartement très bien situé dans une résidence sécurisée au cœur de Miraflores

Pros: L’emplacement de l’appartement est idéal pour un séjour à Miraflores. Il se situe dans une résidence sécurisée face à Larcomar. Les pièces sont spacieuses et le séjour dispose d’une merveilleuse vue sur la mer. Le personnel était très serviable et réactif. La cuisine est complète et fonctionnelle.

Cons: Certaines finitions dans l’appartement étaient grossières au vu du standing de celui-ci (peintures, douches). Nous avons demandé à changer les draps de lit, car ceux-ci étaient tâchés bien que propres et tout droit sortis du pressing. Le staff a été très réactif. L’appartement était sinon très propre lors de notre entrée. Par contre, le salon n’avait pas de télévision, cela aurait été un plus. Aussi, nous étions 7 (3 couples et 1 personne seule), il faut relever que la 4eme chambre est en réalité une ancienne chambre de service. Une caution de 500 USD cash est demandée, je pense qu’il serait préférable de prévoir une caution par carte de crédit, cela permettrait aux hôtes d’éviter de coordonner une remise de la caution avec l’agence lors du séjour. Je tiens à souligner que le staff a été très arrangeant tout de même.
