Great base to explore Cusco

Pros: The hotel had a great location, close to the historical part of Cusco. The room was well equipt, and had a lot of space. Julia is a superb host, we felt as we were in good hands.

Pros: Julia was lovely and helpful. Breakfast is provided in the room , but you have to prepare it yourself. For us was ok, since we did many early morning tours. In a regular hotel we would have missed breakfast each day.

Cons: It was cold all the time . There is no heating. There were some electric heaters, witch helped, but it was insufficient to heat the whole place. I think in the summertime is great , but we went in october and the nights are pretty chilly.

Pros: The views and the ingredients provided for breakfast was a nice touch. The location was good as it was close to many touristy spots but the road itself was quiet at night. Hot tub was nice bonus

Cons: Checkin process was not good. We did not get a code for the gate and had to ask other guests for it even after checkin. The toilet had no ceiling which meant there was no privacy for people sharing the room.

The host and the location were beyond perfect!

Pros: Julia, who runs the apartments, was the most wonderful of hosts!

Cons: I am afraid I was a little cold... and I was expecting from the pictures a little social/bar space where I might meet other people?

Memorable stay

Pros: The view was spectacular. And the Host Julia was always forthcoming and nice.

Cons: It was a bit high up from the Center and a bit difficult to get there.

We loved it!

Pros: We loved everything about this place. It is located in San Blas, a very nice area. We stayed at another place before our salkantay trek in San Blas which was very loud, but this place was quiet and lovely. We stayed in the nr. 5 London room and it was spaceous and nicely decorated. The kingsize bed was sooo comfortable and the bathtub was a nice plus. I would recommend to use the bathtub late in the morning if you want to make sure there is enough hot water. They supplied products so we could make our own breakfast which we liked. If you need anything else or a fresh Coffee there are plenty of places nearby to get it. Julia from the reception was also a very kind and helpful and we could reach out to her anytime. Would highly recommend this place if you're looking for some place calm.

Very beautiful hotel but room for improvement

Pros: Very good location Very quiet Awesome view Comfortable bed Friendly crew

Cons: The mountain View is unfortunately from the kitchen and not the room itself. Bathroom in the room without proper aeration. The breakfast is not in the restaurant of the hotel but they just leave food in the room the day before that you can use as breakfast, expected more for the price.

Views, close to everything in some walking but also feeling very quiet away from citybuzz

Pros: The apartment is very spacious, the view on Cusco is amazing, Julia is a very friendly host that is service oriented. I really enjoyed it and will definitely come back.

Perfect week-long stay in Cusco!

Pros: We stayed a week here and LOVED our stay. We stayed in a Mountain View room with a huge comfortable bed. The room was very quiet. The kitchenette is great and it was nice to have the flexibility to use it whenever. The room was very clean. The views are amazing as well. The lady taking care of the place is a gem. The WiFi in our room worked so well that I could take work calls. Highly recommend!!

Cons: The hot water is a bit temperamental so we didn't make much use of the jaccuzi but totally fine for a good hot shower!

Very lovely.

Pros: The location was fantastic, the receptionist was lovely very friendly and kind. Be aware of altitude sickness and take precautions, we had very mild symptoms.
