Amazing place

Pros: Clean, comfortable and very good location. What I liked the most was the living space with the big windows . Great coffee shop downstairs.

Pros: The location and size of the apartment. Very clean.

Nice place, would recommend it to anyone coming to Lima for a short or long stay

Pros: Location was excellent. Safe street in Miraflores. The apartment had plenty of room for the family and well furnished.

Cons: Not allowed to have ANY visitors in the apartment as per its rules and regulations. This was a bit annoying when you have come from overseas and you are catching up with family. Having said that they made an exception for me and allowed me to have a visitor come in for a couple of hours.

Pros: El departamento es hermoso. Tiene todo a disposición y está cerca del parque Kennedy.

Cons: Que no tuviera piscina.

ESTANCIA IDEAL EN MIRAFLORES

Pros: Ubicación ideal en Miraflores, tuve caminatas muy agradables yendo al Parque Kennedy y a Larcomar que son los sitios de interés mas cercanos, el apartamento un lujo, el edificio te brinda seguridad con portería 24/7 control estricto de ingreso si no estas hospedado, esto brinda una sensación de tranquilidad única. Para una próxima ocasión en Lima no dudaría en hospedarme aquí.

Cons: No hay servicio de guarda equipajes en el edificio, si tu vuelo es tarde el día del check out tendras que pagar extra en un lugar que ofrezca este servicio, utiliza Bounce que me ayudó mucho.

Pros: Très bel appartement à Miraflores, proche de Barranco, tout était parfait, la literie, la douche, les équipements.

Excelente alternativa para unos días en Lima

Pros: Es exactamente como aparece en la descripción, muy bien ubicados y cómodo. Al costado hay una cafetería para tomar desayuno, una heladería y un Oxxo.

Cons: No había mantas adicionales para las camas. Pasamos frío.

Nice apartment in a good area of Miraflores, but some appliances were not working

Pros: There were two bathrooms and a bonus room that was a study besides two bedrooms. The location was perfect in Miraflores and it was an easy walk to the tennis tournament we were playing and also there were lots of good restaurants in the area and it was a safe area. There we’re always one or two Dorman and they were very helpful.

Cons: Booking.com gave us the wrong apartment number, so it was difficult to get in initially and the gas was turned off to the stove. The washing machine broke because it had clothing stuff in the drainage hole, although they eventually fixed it. I couldn’t get the oven to work for the same reason I tried to start it and I could smell gas so we had to turn it off and we never did get it fixed, but to be fair we never told them about it. It was very, very humid the whole time we stayed there and we couldn’t get anything to dry and even our dry clothes started getting wet so they need a dehumidifier in the apartment. And they really should check to see that every thing is working before they rent it out and make sure that they rent out the correct apartment. However, it was a very nice apartment once those things were fixed.

Repetiremos sin duda!

Pros: Apartamento cómodo, muy bien ubicado, con fácil ingreso y salida. Nos sorprendió para bien, las habitaciones eran amplias, y el salón bastante cómodo también.

Cons: La comunicación con el dueño no fue tan fluida. No nos dijeron el número de apartamento y tardamos en entrar, pero luego todo perfecto.

Hab mich wie zu Hause gefühlt!

Pros: Hell, groß, sauber, gute Lage, gut ausgestattete Küche, modern und gemütlich!

Cons: Es gibt nichts auszusetzen!
