Pros: Well appointed, modern and very clean apartment in a great location. Good check in experience.

Cons: Some of the building staff were rude. The gym equipment was out of service. There was some street noise.

Pros: The apartment is spacious and spotless, located in a modern building with a 24h reception, right in the center of Miraflores. The host was very kind and allowed us to leave our luggage for a few hours before check-in time.

Pros: Location is great with restaurants and a super nice café right beside the appartment building - also the best restaurant in South America is accross the street... but need to reserve 5 months in advance!

Cons: The AC units only have AC. Being there in July, the austral winter, we would've liked heating!! It was cold and damp in the appartment. That's the only negative for this unit.

Great option, I would stay in this apartment again if I were to return to Miraflores.

Pros: The property is in a very convenient and safe location in Miraflores. Communication with the owner was simple and immediate. The apartment itself is very modern and clean.

Cons: The apartment is really very damp, and there was a smell of fish coming in from outside.

Pros: Nice building tat has 24 hr security desk.The apartment was comfortable and fully equipped with everything you would need. Great location with walking distance to everything in Miraflores. Great value. Washer and dryer were a plus. The owner was great to deal with

Clean and exceptionally comfortable with everything you need for a stay in Lima.

Pros: The apartment was spotlessly clean and exceptionally comfortable. Erik, the host, was excellent and waited up for us to check in after our delayed flight. Looks exactly like the pictures, strongly recommend staying here for a trip to Lima.

Very nice!

Pros: Large apartment with air conditioning, balcony and very clean. The host was very kind, we could leave our luggage before check in time. Good area, close to the seafront, with parks and restaurants around. I recommend!
