Pros: Kath est une hôte exceptionnelle, très attentionnée et soucieuse du bien-être de ses voyageurs. Communication simple et agréable, elle parle bien anglais. Studio confortable et bien équipé (eau chaude, cuisinette, frigo, télé, canapé, etc.). Logement bien situé, à environ 10 minutes du centre historique. Environnement calme à l’intérieur de la copropriété, avec bonne sécurité. Kath m’a même accompagné pour mon départ très tôt le matin, un geste très apprécié!

Cons: Le quartier autour peut parfois sembler un peu animé ou moins sécuritaire en soirée. Mieux vaut éviter la place juste à côté la nuit.

Pros: Desde el momento en que ingresé al cuarto me sentí muy bien recibido por Katherin, ya que me guio por todos los espacios de la habitación. La habitación es bonita, todo está en su lugar y bien cuidado. Además, no se escucha ningún ruido del exterior, lo que permite descansar plácidamente. Definitivamente lo recomendaría

Pros: Desde el momento en que llegué, me sentí como en casa. La atención fue excepcional: Katherine siempre estuvo dispuesto a ayudarme y siempre atenta a los detalles de bienvenida me sorprendieron. Las instalaciones son impecables, cómodas y con todo lo necesario. Además, la ubicación es perfecta para a todo el centro turístico de la ciudad Lima ¡Sin duda, recomendaría este lugar a cualquiera que visite y volvería a regresar

Pros: Centrally located, secure, and very inexpensive. The landlady was exceptionally gracious and helpful. The rooms come with a kitchen and refrigerator.

Nice location , nice apt. Nice staff. Building is run down.

Pros: Location and size of apartment were nice. Great staff

Cons: The building was very run down. It was hard to leave at night because you need the key to enter AND exit the main door of the building. There is no doorman so without the key to depart, it’s very tricky.

Adequate kitchenette apartment

Pros: Arturo restaurant same block, great rice and beans, large mall 10 minute walk including Plaza Vea groceries. Basic kitchenette. Quiet with sound proof windows. Secure iron gates protect apartment building and individual rooms. Good internet.

Cons: Smelly city sidewalks. Walking distance to Barrio Chino too far out of my limited range.
