Idyllic garden to relax in.

Pros: Absolutely beautiful setting in lush gardens. Many birds to watch and fantastically clear sky for the stars at night. The staff were helpful giving us an extra radiator after we were cold the first night, they even bought us hot water bottles. The breakfast was great with fresh avocado, eggs and fruit. The jacuzzi and sauna were great although you have to pay extra for them which we did not realise at the time of booking the hotel.

Cons: The location was a little far away, but it’s a worth it for such a beautiful peaceful setting. We were a bit surprised at having to pay extra for the facilities like hot tub and sauna.

Complete relaxation

Pros: Beautiful houses, with specific thought to the details that make it feel super luxurious. Set in incredible grounds, with mountains all around. Staff were attentive and friendly.

Cons: Food in the restaurant is in dollars and it’s quite far to get elsewhere.

Pros: Nice location, outside of any busy place even though it was a bit tricky to get there by taxi. When we arrived it was very quiet and I don’t know if anyone else was staying in. It’s cozy and close to nature but it needs to be improved with more staff and more options for food. Some ambient music during dinner or breakfast would be nice. The spa wasn’t hot enough and you have to pay extra for this.

Cons: The sauna wasn’t hot enough and we were charged extra to use it.

Excelente

Pros: La ubicación, la ambientación, el orden y los trabajadores que eran muy amables.

Cons: Faltaban lugares de relajación en los exteriores.

Pros: Fuimos a pasar año nuevo, y estamos listos para regresar nuevamente, es magico, silencioso y acogedor.

Cons: Era un poco alejado, fuimos con movilidad asi que no fue un problema.

Pros: Sacred Dreams Lodge is nestled at the end of a country road in the most peaceful valley. The property owners and caretakers were all so welcoming, making our stay enjoyable and comfortable. One of the property owners checked on us when we arrived and gave us a tour. The streams that run through the property made it feel so peaceful. The landscape attracts so many beautiful birds. We used the lovely spa facilities and loved having a fireplace in our room. The staff were so kind in helping us get the fire going. We decided to spend a day just relaxing at the property, and it was wonderful.

A beautiful and peaceful place

Pros: The location is excellent, somewhat far from the city but it’s very easy to move around using local transportation.

Cons: The service needs to improve although they all show great disposition.

Relax total

Pros: Desde la buena disposición de Lorena, y todo el personal que labora ahí. Las instalaciones 10/10. Súper recomendado.

Pros: Me encanto el sauna y jacuzzi. Muy bien implementado, el jacuzzi bien calientito. El lugar hermoso, la zona también. La administradora Lorena super atenta.

Cons: Pedimos que predieran las fogatitas y no lo hicieron y un poquito más de luz le falta a a la salita pero el cuarto y cocina bien iluminads, pero después lo demás excelente, superó mis expectativas, nos encantó.

Très bon séjour

Pros: Très bon séjour dans ce magnifique hôtel en pleine nature d’Urubamba. Je reviendrai avec plaisir 🫶🏻
