Gepflegtes Hotel an guter Lage

Pros: Sehr netter Gastgeber, welcher gerne über Ausflugsziele Bescheid gibt. Das Hotelzimmer war sauber und gepflegt. Aktuell befindet sich das Hotel im Weiterausbau, aber man kann mit gutem Gewissen buchen, da es keine Lärmemissionen gibt. Idealer Ort, um die nicht touristische Stadt und seine wunderschöne Umgebung zu erkunden.

Pros: La estancia en el Hotel Villa Santa Ana fue genial. El señor Alex da la bienvenida a los pasantes, viajeros o familias que llegan a su porque sabe que la atención del personal es uno de los puntos básicos para calificar un alojamiento; y él, atiende con mucha paciencia y dedicación a sus hospederos. Estoy muy contenta, no tengo nada que objetar.

Cons: Quizás el detalle del internet, pero es porque en cada piso hay un router diferente, y solo tenía la clave de un piso jaja. Por lo demás todo genial. Espero volver pronto!!! Cuídese Sr. Alex! Gracias por todo!!
