Hotel Sumac Samari

Pros: Great staff. I arrived freezing cold and the first thing they did was offer me hot drinks to warm up. Motorcycle parking was second to none! Room was very comfortable and spacious.

Cons: Very small thing. The room was quite cold. It didnt bother me as I actually slept better but noticeable when walking around. Reception have said its temporary.

Cons: The plan to install an elevator is a great idea.

Pros: Everything great. Nice place, nice hotel. The only issue was that it was cold in the room. They charged 10$ USD for a heater. I think this information should be on the website.

Great place to stay in Puquio.

Pros: The staff was absolutely great, very lovely and helpful Lady. The hotel is located in the center of Puquio and you can walk everywhere, they also have a nearby parking space to park your car which was great help. The room was very clean and practical.

Cons: The only downside for me was that there was no breakfast served at the hotel so I had to get out at 07.00 (it was really cold) and it was a challenge to find something fresh & hot at a small town like Puquio. Apart from that, it was very good.

Clean, fresh and new

Pros: The property is new - it’s very clean, well appointed and in a good location. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We appreciated getting an extra blanket in a very cold night! We also appreciated being able to bring our motorbikes into the hotel for safe keeping!

Pros: O hotel é novo e muito limpo, decoração de muito bom gosto, guardaram nossa moto dentro do sagão do hotel o que nos surpreendeu positivamente , a cama muito boa e o chuveiro é excelente, com água bem quente e toalhas limpas e cheirosas, uma grata surpresa pelo pirte da cidade.

Cons: Não tem café da manhã e a viagem é muito difícil nessa região, cidade muito pequena e com poucas opções, tivemos que tomar café em outra cidade, a funcionária que estava de manhã não soube nos ajudar com isso, falta ducha higiênica e secador de cabelo, pra mim que viajo de moto esses itens fazem muita falta.

Pros: L’établissement est tout neuf et les équipements de qualité, le parking fermé à 200 mètres qui permet de garer sa voiture en sécurité

Cons: Le personnel qui ne parle pas anglais, pas de petit-déjeuner

I’d definitely stay here again

Pros: Comfortable room, secure moto parking, excellent location friendly staff, very clean place
