An outstanding choice for Lima!

Pros: An outstanding choice for staying in Lima! Central in the business district and equidistant to Miraflores and the Centre. Approximately 20 minutes taxi to both. Clean, big rooms, comfortable, delicious food, great facilities, and helpful staff! Well done!

Pros: Very helpful employees at reception. All food consumed via the menu was delicious, and potions were generous.

Cons: Breakfast area very dissatisfactory. Narrow passage to all Breakfast amenities. Bumping and colliding with our guests. No English tea available......had to buy out own teabags. Not enough replenishing and certainly coffee etc were insufficiently hot enough for consumption on several occasions. Coffee sachets were not replenished. As the sole chef was under enormous pressure serving omelettes during breakfast, the quality was somewhat disappointing.

Pros: Breakfast was good. Gym also Nice. The rooms are a little dark but the bed was huge and comfortable. A bit away from the center but we already knew it and San Isidro is also a Nice Area to visit.

Cons: We came earlier and asked if there was any Room avaliable (after 12h on a plane you really desire for a place to rest). There wasn't and that's ok, but the lady on the frontdesk Said they were going to do us an upgrade. Obviously they didn't. I just don't understand why She Said some thing like that, as if we weren't going to figure that out. She was unprofessional but the rest of the people were fine.

Pros: Our stay in Casa Andina San Isidro was excellent. At the end of our trip in Perù, we were looking for something comfortable, and the choice was exactly what we were looking for! The staff is polite and prepared. It is super recommended.

Premium hotel with any comfort in safe location

Pros: Premium hotel that had everything you need. I particularly enjoyed the rooftop terrace, the heated pool and the gym. Room very clean and with every comfort! Breakfast was delicious and staff super helpful!

Cons: Maybe the pool temperature was too hot for my likings, but it a minor detail.

A beautiful & quiet business hotel.

Pros: Manager Bruno and his team run a delightful business hotel. Luis the chef I’m the breakfast room is also fantastic.

Excellent for business trip

Pros: The hotel is quite new and comfortable, with a very clean and modern bathroom. The bed was very spacious, and the hotel staff was attentive and kind.

Cons: The gym was very small, the restaurant was average, and many of the breakfast options were too greasy.

Nice hotel in business district with good breakfast and modern rooms, leisure facilities not great

Pros: Excellent breakfast lots of choices and catered well for dairy free options

Cons: You had to pre book the sauna as small, we did and it wasn’t switched on when we arrived on time!! The Gym had water coming through ceiling when we went, we informed staff and they closed it for safety.

Pros: The bed was very comfortable and the breakfast selection was great. Very helpful staff.

Cons: I would have appreciated more variety in breakfast from day to day
