Beautiful view from the hotel - great location

Pros: Very friendly service and willingness to help. From the front office, to the restaurant staff and specially the concierge who was extra helpful in restaurant Recommendations and arranging cars to take us around.

Good stay with good location

Pros: Located in a good part of Lima with great views of the ocean. The hotel was clean and our room was a good size.

Cons: Nothing negative but it’s a big hotel and a place where people come and meet even if not staying here so felt busy. Lots of traffic and beeping at night.

Ideal choice for a luxury staying at the one of the greatest part of Lima

Pros: Realy modern luxury hotel with amazing view. We loved our rooms, bathrooms, in-room coffee machine, the view, the silent and wellwork air condition. We also had lounge access, which was a realy great option. The staff can speak english very good, which is not a standard in Peru.

Cons: Very big hotel. Sometimes you need to wait for check-in if more groups arrive in the same timeslot. (Only 2 reception desks)

Pros: Very comfortable rooms with stunning views in a great location. The buffet breakfast and afternoon tea are excellent.

Great facilities in a brilliant location

Pros: Location great, room was large and had all the facilities you could want (except mini-bar) and great view. Multiple restaurants.

Cons: Had to transfer lifts to get to room. Not much seating in lobby when you were waiting. Too many people who were unable to have their problem resolved meant check-in was slow.

Great place

Pros: I love this place. I had an emergency, one of my kids was very sick and I had to take her to the er, when we came back I told the lady at the lobby because I was getting a separate room for her, and they send her a little get well card with a cup of hot tea to the room. It was very nice. And the bar... we love it.

Cons: I like it all.
