Friendly, accommodated my requests to be away from the lifts, safe.

Pros: In total I stayed here 3 times. I came to regard it as home away from home between all my travels. I loved the free cookie and welcome drink. My request for a quiet room on the 2nd and 3rd stay was always met with no problems. It was so easy to come out of Gate 3 at Arrivals and go to the booth and get the free shuttle.

Cons: The first room by the lifts wasn’t quiet and that room had a hairdryer with a broken handle.

Pros: well presented and very comfortable, arrived late so just needed a bed really. got up for breakfast, it was OK there was choice but maybe i was fed up of the s.american breakfast, wasnt alot of choice of fruit. had to ask for crispy pork. Ordered fried eggs and an omlette, the boy who brought it to us, didnt really know whose was whose, he then 10 mins later brought us another omlette which had ham in it and just left it on our table. we said it wasnt ours but he just walked away.

Cons: breakfast could of been more choice, the reviews spoke highly of it but i couldnt see what was good to be honest.

Perfect location amazing service and comfortable rooms

Great hotel to stay for one night, with excellent facilities, good food. However, nothing much to do near the hotel.

Pros: Very comfy hotel. Great facilities good variety of food.

Cons: The surroundings and the journey to the hotel. However, the complementary shuttle service is fantastic.

Pros: good free shuttle service, good value for money with a great buffet breakfast and a perfect distance from the airport.

Amazing choise near the airport

Pros: This airport exceeded our expectations! Tasty and not too expensive food, nice room, a lot of free and welcoming gestures (water and cookies in the lobby, billiard and board games, free drink vaucher). The shuttle to/from the airport was a bonus, as well as the breakfast takeaway box, because we had a very early flight and could not catch the breakfast (although they serve it already from 4 AM!!!). Felt safe (gated hotel and guards). So if you have an early/late flight and need to stay close to the airport, we would recommend this hotel 100 %.

Cons: Although the hotel is close to the airport, the shuttle does take a while, especially during the rush hours. So take your time, since it takes at least 20 minutes. The pool was a bit disappointingly small. The reception could have been a bit nicer, while the rest of the staff (restaurant/bar/spa) were very nice.

Pros: Great touches e.g. welcome drink, tissues in the room etc.

Super Convenient Stay

Pros: 10 minutes from the airport and there is a courtesy shuttle bus every 30 minutes to and from the airport. Very convenient. The staff at the Spa: Yolanda has magical hands and provided an exceptional massage experience. The Front Security and Bell boy: Jonathan and Ronaldo simply customer service focussed. Great service and super helpful. Vladimir from breakfast dining was exceptional. What a tuned in employee with beautiful service skills.

Cons: All of the front desk staff could do with training with their customer service skills levels and ensuring their service levels match that of the other employees in the hotel.

Convenient Stay

Pros: The hotel is located near the airport and there is a free shuttle service. Since we arrived at the airport in the early morning, the hotel offered an early check-in (although it’s not free). These services were very helpful for us. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable.

Cons: Maybe although it was just by accident, there was no hair dryer in the room.

Pros: Location is great. We took the shuttle bus as we had luggage. However, I'm sure that we could have gone up a floor to use the bridge connecting the terminal to the hotel.
