Pros: Friendly staff, good location in miraflores only 2 minute walk to the parks, nice big sized bedroom. It's inside a residential apartment block which is not typical of a hotel but it didn't impact me. The security guards for the building are cool.

Cons: Maybe they could consider including bottled or filtered water, otherwise you have to boil water or buy your own yourself. But it's no big deal.

Nice place in a perfect location.

Pros: The host, Geraldine, is very friendly and helpful. The property is in a perfect location.

Cons: We weren’t expecting the bathroom to be outside the room. Not a big problem, just worth mentioning.

All around spectacular

Pros: Great location in the city centre and a safe area, can easily travel to everywhere else in Miraflores and Barranco. Many good breakfast options around which seem popular with locals. Room and toilet are clean, and host goes out of her way to help you with any queries. Clean room and temperature is adjustable and also very comfortable.

Cons: Water pressure is weaker if someone in the next toilet is showering, not an issue if you time your showers at the right time to avoid clashing

Pros: Lovely location, room kitchen and living room were all comfortable and a good temperature. Right next to the parks in central miraflores with loads of restaurants and shops nearby, I barely left the immediate area because it was so convenient. Hostess Geraldine was lovely and accomodating with plenty of suggestions too

Cons: The area outside the window was noisy despite being on the 9th floor but this wasn't a huge issue and was solved with simple earplugs.
