Pros: The owner is pleasant, the room was clean and comfortable. The location is very close to San blas market and about a 5-10 minute walk from the central plaza. The owner was quite reasonable and made the room available before the check-in time for us.

Cons: When we arrived the owner requested additional payment compared to the reservation. They charged IVA even though we are not Peruvian and rounded up in their favour when converting from dollars to soles.

Beautiful location, great host

Pros: The location is excellent in san Blass where you can visit markets and artesian sites, it’s quiet and peaceful, there is a market around where you can get amazing food for a great price. You get a little dinning room and a kitchen for you to cook and make coffee or tea, Katya is a great host so helpful friendly.

Cons: Really early check out. Quite loud in the building in the morning. And a bit cold in the bathroom to take a shower

A really good one for budgeted accomodation seekers in Cusco

Pros: Location: Located on half of the mountain. 20min Uber from Cusco airport, ~15min walk to Main Plaza(~25min from). The neighborhood is peace and quiet, not crowded with local residents and tourists. Facility: A simple shared kitchen and dining room, you can make your (Not very complicated) meals there. The shared bathroom is clean. Staff: The Mama and her daughters run the business, Brenda is always Whatsapp online and helps with any requests. We bought some meat and there was no fridge in the kitchen, Brenda kindly provided her private one for me to store the meat there for a night.

Cons: The show knob in the bathroom somethat fell off which made it not control the water flow well, but hopefully it's not a fix with huge effort.
