Pros: The room was great, the food was good, but it's the hosts that made this place special. They were among the nicest persons we've met in peru!

Everything you could want after a 20km day!
Pros: All of our stays along the Salkantay trail were great, but this one really stands out. First of all, it's a freaking coffee plantation! if you love coffee, this is gonna be some of the freshest morning coffee before a trek you ever could have. Let me tell you what an absolute treat it was to arrive there absolutely exhausted, just to see the biggest, comfiest beds, with fresh towels on them just waiting for our warm shower. Nibble on some local Peruvian fruit while you wait for one of the best dinners of your life, chug some water, and catch your breath within this calming, welcoming atmosphere. The staff were so lovely, very kind and serene. Beautiful view to open your eyes to in the morning as well!
Cons: It is located at the top of forest stairs of death, but most of the other hostels are too. I think those stairs took me out worse than the summit of the Salkantay pass. But don't let this stop you from staying here! It is more accomplishing to finally arrive there after mother nature tries to erase you off the planet. Can say, best sleep I've ever had in my life.

Pros: The bathroom was nice and new. The dinner, breakfast, and of course the coffee were delicious. I wish I could have stayed at places as nice as this every night while hiking the Salkantay.

Pros: Everything about our stay at Inca Coffee was amazing- the food, cleanliness, views, and whole experience. We had a wonderful time speaking with Sonia, our host, over tea, and learned so much about her business and the surrounding area. We ended up buying some coffee and honey from her to take home!
