Pros: Staying at this hostel was truly a wonderful experience, thanks in large part to the incredible host, Carolina. From the moment I arrived, she made me feel completely at home. Her kindness, attentiveness, and warm hospitality stood out right away. The hostel itself is spotless—cleanliness is clearly a top priority. The rooms are spacious, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed. Every detail, from the decor to the amenities, reflects Carolina’s care and attention. I had some unexpected issues with my original tour guide, and Carolina went above and beyond by organizing a new tour for me herself. That kind of personal touch and support made all the difference The location is ideal, making it easy to explore the area, and the overall service is simply the best I’ve experienced in a hostel. I can’t recommend this place highly enough. Thank you, Carolina, for everything!

Great value for money

Pros: Great service, competitive prices for trips, makes you feel very welcome and the rooms are nice and quiet. Very good value for money. Carlina is a very kind and helpful woman.

A great welcoming, home like hotel, comfy beds, clean rooms, lovely host

Pros: The host Carlina is so lovely and welcoming. We arrived at 5am, hours before check in, but Carlina was so welcoming, she let us in and allowed us to check in very early. The breakfast was delicious, and was enough food for us to start the day with energy. The room was cleaned daily, we received fresh towels every couple of days and they were attentive to all our questions. The room was very spacious and the comfiest bed we’ve had in all of Peru, and our South America travels. A very home like hotel with a warm environment. They have a beautiful and friendly cat too. We felt safe at the property as it was behind a locked door and only people with a key could enter. The location is inside the city centre, about a 20min walk to the main plaza, a great location as tours pick you up here, but far enough away from all the city noise.

Carlina makes you feel at home

Pros: The location is very close to the bus station and also a short walk to the main square. The staff is very nice! She helps you with everything you need.

Cons: Our room had only one power outlet. The TV was plugged in, so if you want to charge your electronics then no watching TV.

Like staying at home when in foreign country. Get looked after very well and no hassles

Pros: The lady host made us feel at home! Bought us coca tea to our room when we arrived and made sure we were well looked after

Freundlich und hilfsbereit

Pros: Die Vermieterin war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Sie hat uns bei der Tourplanung zu Machu Picchu geholfen und wir konnten sogar einige Sachen für eine Nacht die wir unterwegs waren dort lagern. Auch bei jeglichen Problemen war sie sehr hilfsbereit.

Pros: Personel très accueillant et très gentil ! Chambre spacieuse et propre ! Très bon petit déjeuner. Bon emplacement, très bon rapport qualité prix ! Je recommande également de réserver les excursions avec eux !

Pros: El alojamiento estaba bastante bien en relación calidad-precio. Lo mejor la buena atención de la dueña. Muy amable y atenta. También el desayuno genial. Nos alojamos una noche solo para salir al aeropuerto temprano y nos facilitó mucho todo
